What’s the general take these days on when to have sex

I've had one night stands, I've had guys I've waiting months with, some after the 2nd date. Depends also on what you are looking for.
I will say most of my long term relationships, we waited a little bit of time before jumping in the sack...but I don't think quickness to do the deed automatically says a long term relationship can't or won't form.
Also from expierence I think a connection is needed to have "good or better sex"

@Boots yes! I’ve noticed long term are generally making them wait a few dates before sex. If I can see potential in someone I’ll make sure we don’t straight away, however, damn it can be soooo hard when it’s a long time between drinks lol

So yeah, for me the best way in, is to let me in.
However, I should mention that my most successful relationship was with a girl I dated for about 6 months before we finally had sex. However, this was because it was long distance. We would've fvcked long before that had the relationship been proximal. We had sex the first day we met after those 6 months.

Your a make and I think it’s different from what I’ve seen with make and female. I have loads of single gfs and if they sleep with a guy first night it doesn’t amount to much. Often not even a call or text. They would like a partner so it’s not them that isn’t interested but a lot of men consider them to not be a challenge I guess??
I think there is a danger for some that to believe that if you sleep with them on the first date, you're sleeping with everyone on the first date. That can then lead to a lack of trust.

Good to take breaks and reconnect with yourself
Guys don't try sex with me early on even when I let it be known I want too, they always want to wait which I'm happy I'm not viewed as a piece of meat. It also made me realize that a guy that is really into you more than likely is not going to want to rush getting you into bed and instead just allow things to flow naturally and whenever it happens it happens but it won't be the primary reason for their attraction toward you.
