Smh 🤦🏽♀️! Being patient and forgiving should be good thing, but not when it’s to your own detriment. I feel sorry for women that stay in these situations, and end up damaged, questioning their own self worth, by the end of it. I always pray that I never end up being this naive and gullible, bc love will have you doing some stupid sh $ t 😂🤦🏽♀️.

🙁 I’m sorry to hear that! I know that has to be hard, especially because you couldn’t do anything to help her 😞. It makes me sad when I have friends who are with someone that doesn’t treat them good, it makes me sad, angry, and feel helpless, so I know that had to be hard for you to deal with. All you can do is hope that she’d eventually smarten up and leave 🤞🏽.
Honestly if someone makes a habit of disrespecting you it just means they’re going to find new ways to disrespect you. If you have talk to him about this already and he still doing it I say that’s grounds for leaving. I have also been with men who will try to do those things to see if they can get away with it just to see how far they can go with it. Proper communication is important and you insulting me is not just expressive communication. It is disrespect and it shows that you don’t have a regard for my feelings. When people don’t have any regard for your feelings in the most basic form they are not going to care about the big things that bother you later on or want to meet you halfway on anything you have strong feelings about.

Well, my boyfriend is Mexican so the insults were in Spanish and I understand because I’m Latina as well. While we were arguing he suddenly looked at me and said: “you’re a piece of shit”. And the most recent time he insulted me was when we were arguing about something insignificant and he said: “are you listening to me dumbass?” But he said it all in Spanish. But I think it’s pretty offensive.
It’s not fair because I treat him with respect even if I’m angry. I might yell but never insult
