It’s been exactly my disposition when younger. I believe if it meant to be - he will ring my door bell by accident and we will be happily ever after...
I think some people are scared of getting hurt maybe..some people like being single. They are happy that way doing there own thing. It depends on age and experiences people have had. I think the oksetvsoneone becomes too the more used to being on their own they are.
I don't think it's based on fear of feelings, but fear of committing. We are in a society of instant gratification and so many options that people like their ego stroked more than settling down and connecting. 🙄🙄🙄

I liked him a lot...but I told him we should just be friends and distanced myself because I started to catch feelings for him and I don’t think either of us were ready for that.
