This is kind of mind blowing for me.......
I don't like the fact that they 'changed' pluto's name. It will still be known as Pluto. The thing that sucks is when you point out the stars in the sky to your child and say, 'That is 134340 son, formerly known as Prince...I mean Pluto'.
But coincidently, 134340 are my numbers. The consectutive numbers have followed me all my life. My room # when I was born, my phone #'s, lucky numbers......that's what blows my mind. My ruling planet changed it's name to my ruling numbers. LOL!

Astrology always follow astronomy, because there is nothing besides astronomical terms are present. There is no made up names or somethign like that. Even names of constelations are same. Perhaps astronomy took names of astrology at the beginning (such as names of constelations) but today astronomy dictates what name of what it is. Remember, the name Planet Pluto was taken from astronomy and assigned to Scorpio which indicates that astrology is following astronomy. Take example of Virgo. They have no real ruling planet. There is so called planet Vulcan that is a matter of to be discovered first and only then assigned to Virgo. But since it is not discovered yet, Zodiac Sign Virgo shares Mercury with Gemini. They did not assign Virgo to planet Vulcan out of astronomy, doesn't it? So it follows astronomy. Or they already would assign it to Vulcan and the deal would be closed. But it doesn't work that way. Planet has to be discovered first. Then if Pluto has lost its name, probably the ruling planet of Scorpio would be nothing but numbers and called "ruling asteroid". Or perhaps they will assign it another planet. Or it probably will stay at Mars, since it's co ruler of Scorpio.
