No... They have been living separately for 3 years. They are not together.

They do things with the children separately. They just haven't gotten a legal divorce, she wants him to come back and work it out. He said he doesn't know if he could ever do that or not. His problem not mine. When we met I wasn't looking for a serious relationship and I wasn't legally divorced either. Had been separated from my ex about 3 years. But now... I am legally single!!!

BTW, I would have never been involved with anyone who was "WITH" their wife...

Yeah, that and other reasons. If the divorce was in process and he was dating or seeing others I could understand. Because I was while waiting mine was in process. After you are no longer living together and the bond is gone the marriage is over. It is just legal paper work after that. So he is in limbo. Might go back, might not. He is a man like I told him they would rather do what they need to then possible go home when they are done with their freedom. Women are the ones who mostly get the divorce (closure) men like keeping their options open. LOL!!!!

Yeah, but sometimes it can backfire on them. LOL!!!!
