I kind of blame it on both men and women and society in today's world - how they are just looking and looking for the best possible partner but yet not really looking at building a life and staying with someone who has potential. People today seem to want it all immediately. And that is not how it's supposed to be. It takes work and so many do not want to or understand that it does take effort - constantly looking for greener grass when they haven't even tended their own garden.
