From your hormones/period? If I'm at work, Pamprin or Midol helps a little. If I'm at home, a warm towel over them feels relieving.

Are you preggers? When I was they got to sore and touchy I couldn't lay on my tummy anymore and that was at like 5 - 6 weeks, before I even realized I was pregnant.

I haven't even had a mammogram yet cause I'm scared of the pain and yes I get shooting pains through my boobs too. I always think it's breast cancer and check for lumps cause I'm so paranoid -__-

Not trying to scare you- I had a period so had no clue I was preggers *shrug* it was the first sign my body showed and super tired all the time. If you haven't been active then ignore all this.

I'm too lazy to go take a test and I can't remember if it's been a month or more really :/ I think it has to do with me working out and then being exhausted and falling asleep in my bra

My grandmother died from Leukemia and my mom died when she was 28 so I wouldn't know but I still do self exams.

My gynecologist does the mammogram too and he sent me off to get an ultrasound, I guess he thought he found something. There was nothing there, but I did talk to a doctor at that clinic and he told me there is some kind of gene associated with breast cancer and you can test to see if you have that gene, and he told me it was very accurate. I know next to nothing about biology, so I might have said it wrong, but I find that very useful and want to get it done.
You should definitely get that done and gynecological annuals if you have never got it done before! It's very important. My sister just turned 35 a couple days ago and she has never had a checkup for anything lolclick to expand

BRCa1 or BRCa2 gene mutations what you should get tested for. This is especially important if you have breast cancer running along the maternal line.
it's possible insurance won't cover it so you might have to fight along with your doctor to get the test done.
