A friend of mines says she doesn't wear tampons because they're not for virgins and she is 'scared to' , but on the other hand she wears thongs always hanging out with guys alone and occasionally smokes weed and sneaks out ...am I tripping or...

But what's the relation between not wanting to use tampons n hanging out with guys/smoking weed/wearing thongs—

That's not what I'm saying exactly but I don't understand how that could scare her but she's doing so many other things at the time like i don't do any of that and still a virgin and wear tampons it just offended me I guess because of what she implied ...

Ok it's because it was implied that they aren't for virgins after I told her I used them and I'm not saying they have to lead a stereotypical life but how would a tampon scare you... but hanging out with guys alone or sneaking out of the house or smoking weed be less scary if you're not supposed to be doing it vs wearing something that someone's never gonna see or know about scare you ... idk

Lol! Maybe it's just her preference n she really is scared of using tampons...the idea of inserting something inside her probably makes her paranoid. I'm scared of insects of all the things n I go on adventure rides... I mean you see the point? There's no correlation.

If your friends are slut shaming you then you need better friends.

Tampons scare me, always did. I've never worn one.
