Just wondering?! What's permanently gone or closed because of Covid?

I cried when Sweet Tomatoes salad Buffett closed

This was my favorite almost vegetarian place too. I worked there as a teenager so I'm biased. The honey butter slathered on the blueberry muffins, salad options and that chicken noodle soup were to die for!

The takeout deal was unbelievable. I used to eat like a low fat king for a week for $ 20

We lost some retail parks, superstores and high street fashion empires in the UK, Topshop and Debenhams, for example. Their decline started long before COVID though.

I wish the town centres would be entirely cleared of shops selling clothes. Instead, I would like to see parks and sculptures, museums, art, wonders of architecture, botanical gardens, water parks, swimming pools and spas, clubs for over 35, not just for kids, various dancing clubs, 4D experiences, any other 21st century worthy experiences.
