January Aquarius and February Aquarius
I've noticed that Aquarians born in January tend to be very unique, more so than other Aquarians. I know you're looking for more general observations, but you should pay attention to the decans... each sign is 30 degrees and each decan is 10 degrees and ruled by a different planet. I think reading up on the decans would give you a more accurate description than general observations.

I find feb aquas to be more social and easy going while jan ones are more eccentric and original..like the typical aqua you hear about..
Also, i was looking over pictures of some aquas and thought that jan aquas look hot 😛

Weird is THE WORD — I love it — when people tell me that I'm a crazy weird goofball then I take it as a compliment. I can come up with the weirdest and most entertaining thoughts and often laugh about myself and think —jezz??_ u r hella funny??. When I tell people that I'm into astrology, write a blog about love & passion and hair colors then they often just go —wtf?!??. I also see myself as very eccentric, the way I talk, laugh, think. I have a really loud laughter and I can speak hella fast and it's not unusual that I think to myself —jezz.. that was faaaaaast??. Mostly I speak very fast when I'm super excited or try to break down my crazy thoughts in a simple manner, but in the end no one understood a damn word lol
Yeah I'm the first Decan the 21st. and all other Aqua's I know of are the 21st too and the 25th. So all First Decan and I would say I agree with mine and that about them. I find it difficult to get to know people or more find it difficult for people to get to know ME because of those "main flaws". But when they do they seem pretty happy to have me around lol

I was born the 21st making me a 1st decan. For the most part that description is right but I tend to be annoyed by people lately and a bit antisocial. I wasn't always but I kind of am lately.
Odd thing is I too like the other first decans have been referred to as 'weird' but it was always meant as a compliment. Also people gravitate towards me and I don't know why. I feel like I'm a loner that never really actually gets to be alone. Lol Talk about weird. 😛
