Aries women are the opposite of charming, but they think they are charming, bad combination.

If you mean socially aware, "sweet", and demure then maybe no, probably not charming. But there is charm in the way they carry their self (confident, straightforward, FUN) that is hard for other zodiac sign women to emulate.
Haha! No offense, but charm isn't an Aries girl's forte. Unless the phrase, "Charm your pants off" means pushing you onto a bed and her ripping them off of you.
Placement wise, Aries rules my 7th house, so I have magnetic attraction towards their traits being a Libra ascendant. They are a VERY welcome contrast to my indecisiveness and other Libran traits.
Behavioral wise, the fire of these women just melts me like butter. They 'charm' me in a way that is very similar to how a reckless guy with no regard whatsoever for his safety woos a girl's panties right off. They are harmonious mix of feminine and masculine traits, and kind of the best of both worlds really.
