What are signs that a Capricorn is not that into you ?

I'd like to know

Vague, non-committal, low energy around you, starts to fade and become distant. All those knowledgeable, fun free-flowing conversations become monotone and utilitarian.

Yeah it's pretty obvious to spot when a Cap isn't that into you. Everything @Nightcap- just stated.

I'm.a Capricorn woman and when I'm not into a guy in not really listening to what hes saying. Not in a rude obvious way but my mind is elsewhere. I don't ask him any questions because I'm not interested, and then I start to get fidgety and bored. At this point I make my excuses and leave.

If I have his number I don't call him or text him.

When I'm interested, I'm totally focussed on him. I look into his eyes. I smile. I compliment him. I flirt and start playing hard to get x

exactly as @Nightcap said lol when i'm not interested in someone, I don't like making the conversation going, not to be rude but I will make excuses or something since for me it's just a waste of time and energy. lol

They keep their guard up. But don't be discouraged, if you are genuine, they might let their guard down..

And I used to be so sure we vibed really well but now I look back and think...we talked about nothing and everything at the same time, and maybe He was just being polite (but then i read what you put and he made ALOT of effort to spend time with me- until i put my foot down and demanded answers...woops).

Anyway, Another capricorn has entered my life, I was sure I'd fucked things up but we made eye contact all night, and when id get really nervous and clamp up hed just be really open and fill in the gaps, (you can imagine the impact he had if a gemini becomes speechless 😱). They both share the same vibe, its kind of creepy how alike they are, even down to their walk. I'm hoping this time it doesnt end in me in tears 😂. Id like to think ive done alot of growing up since then.

Ok the teats bit was me being dramatic 😂. Well we'll see about wether or not he puts effort in. The frustrating thing is as a gemini if I'm not given alot of attention at the beginning my interest starts to go, the first Capricorn worked with me and honestly he made alot of effort. I didnt have time to wonder if I liked him or not. It was rather unhealthy now I think back at it. As for the newer one, Good vibes but not so much effort. I dont think it was meant to be (which is a shame).

I think the real question is: how to tell if a Capricorn is into you for fun or for a relationship/long term.

Because Caps not being into you for any reason is pretty obvious like mentioned in above posts.

Lol @ need for attention and Caps MO of trying to act cool and subtle, a little back and forth, interested, then not interested.. haha if he is not completely into you but still getting to know you. Well hes now coming across as really not interested. Didnt really talk for days and then cancled plans. This gem is to busy for people to waste my time. Long waits inbetween messages to ...yawn. Very frustrating because i never ever give up any free time i have if I'm really busy (which i am at the moment) so I really saw potential...anywho.

The past cappy was unhealthy because i was rather young and I had no experience with men before him. So he was very intense, always around me and messaging me. Silly me fell really quickly and typical capricorn ran away. Yet he said I was the clingy one (I just dished out what he gave me). But, despite all of this I do like Capricorns. Out of all the guys ive seen ive only ever loved/been into capricorns and Capricorns do seem to like me.

(except for this new one...grrrr).

Yeah we are like that initially. Don't give him too much of yourself otherwise he will take you for granted. Just try to intrigue him. Be a little patient. He will like you too. All the best ☺.

Hmm, I'll not hold my breathe where hes concerned. And when i said love liked Capricorns I meant theyre the ones i have no barriers against, I dont know what it is but I'm laid wide open and thats rather scary. I feel like I came across as to...awkward. There was some awkward silences but hed fill them and laugh and stuff.

Ive just got a no nonesense attitude now. The first cappy was all about "does he doesnt he?" And I'm really not into that anymore. I think if this cap is interested he can do all the chasing. I have a busy few months ahead of me. But thank you 😊

Two things most Caps won't chase are women and buses. It only makes 'em look like an idiot ... and there's always another one coming around the corner. Also, the infamous "disappearing act" Caps will do -- typically around the 3rd to 6th month mark of knowing them/being around them -- is a necessary evil because they could be battling limerence.

Limerence is having intense romantic attraction for somebody coupled with the unintentional, involuntary, overwhelming, obsessive, and craven need to have those feelings reciprocated ... and most Caps will have way too much pride and embarrassment to cop to it. So they withdraw to wrestle with it because the alternative is to no alternative at all: becoming an insufferable validation junkie.

Caps are too control freak for that shit and won't abide something than intense taking control of their lives. There's no cure for limerence, typically lasts 6 to 18 months (sometimes decades) and the only three options are reciprocation, starvation (i.e. going "no contact" to starve it), and transference (i.e. finding another person to project and transfer limerence to)
