Get a fresh hair cut. Nails done. That's usually how I freshen up in a pinch. I'm a makeup artist.... if you don't normally wear make up...dont start now with anything drastic.. you will feel silly and uncomfortable which will show. I don't know your skin tone but a little highlight on the cheeks and maybe a neutral eye shadow..like a light golden brown and a little mascara could go a long way. Neutral earth tone lips. Nothing glossy. Like nude or light pink matte color.

If you are an make up artist - you must know that tinted face stuff skin illuminator by L'Oréal...it makes skin flawless and glowing. I just don't want shimmer...

I don't moisturize or use Anything with a chemical in it- so can't help you there either than suggesting oils for you face, neck, hands, cuticles, well the whole body.
I would also start drinking water right when you first get up pretty much.
Sleep. Not on phone or technology right before you go to bed. Read a book instead. One that won't give you nightmares.
Also I wouldn't switch up my diet, as this could cause distress internally that shows on your body, but I would be more conscious of what I'm eating and drinking.
