Hmmm.. Depends on the maturity and self-awareness level of the signs involved.
I've known some complete ball busting, alpha Aries and Leo's that turned into Gamma's and Sigma's once matured.
beta sounds good to me, but i'm not insecure that much about my looks even IF i'm fat as a whale....
and i never had a problem with men chasing me (the ones I wanted) unfortunately, i will also get chased down by men i don't want chasing me too, it's disgusting. So you get all types. But fortunately, many of them get the picture and get a clue, so they're not always dumb as bricks.

The first two paragraphs is exactly why I didn't chose beta.
Also I have no problem going after the men I want, and have never settled for second or third choices. I always enjoyed being single, that allowed me to have more choice than those girls that settle because they don't want to be single.click to expand
i'd rather BE SINGLE than be with 2nd or 3rd choice. Truly. I don't care. Better to be with family members/loved ones, than to be with someone you're disgusted with. Because anything less than no.1 is disgusting. And i dont like the gamma either.

I agree. I also know a Leo girl who turned into gamma, she was a short-term alpha, though. Half mongolian, half brazilian she was a stunner. Good with sports, good dancer, popular, etc. I found her on fb a year before, now she's a stay-at-home mom. I'm like wtf? she's not even 25, though too short for a fashion/runway model she could have been a successful photo model. Yeah, people change.

I was NEVER alpha. Hung out with losers in high school, and liked to "hide" alot from people so i don't get chosen for try outs or chosen for anything. Sat at the back of the class. Even with my ex's, they all lead, and i'm not a leader at all. BUT!! I do have a strong personality. I notice that about myself, but everything else is beta 100%

I think that I started life being an alpha because up until the first four grades of primary school I had a really big ego and I had the need to be the leader. I was lacking though leadership skills... So, for the rest of my school years up until the age of 18 I was no longer an alpha. I was more of an outcast. And also because of my power struggle with my mother, which is an aggressive alpha my confidence had gone really low.
Now I observe that after the age of 30, I care less if I am the prettiest and that helped my confidence get really high. If I don't compete then I can't feel insecure about it. Right?
Also men are no longer my main focus in life. It is my career and I am more competitive in getting the job that I want. So I guess I am somewhere between being a beta and an alpha. I am not that aggressive and can be more diplomatic.

I have a need to be alone, more than most people do. Some cool/popular kids would come to me, but I knew that if I become their friend, then I'll appear like one of their poor followers, since I'm not as outgoing/ social /popular as them. So I became friends with another kind of not so popular but pretty successful student and there was no leading or following in our friendship.

yes, realistically most people are hybrids of 2 types, or mixture of 3 types etc. Everybody to certain extent, cares about what other people think about them.

Lol. I know right? I love the link to the original description of beta. Where the beta princess is married to her alpha man -- leader, and her leadership man is a KING or prince and she's just a commoner who has caught the eye of the prince. that's my favourite. Kind of like Cinderella. But she's not really a true commoner, but has some status symbol blood in her, as (gentry) but later married someone of higher status.

I've never liked or been attracted to beta males. that's all there is to it. Alpha men all the way. But a sweet loving one. those are hard to find i notice. But i have found two. My husband and my ex, the last one. But my last ex was a commitment phobe, so.....i wanted marriage and family and he was more into just living together forever. It's similar to that "Californication" tv series, where the woman has been loving and living with her alpha man but he's so commitment phobic, and loses the love of his life...anyway.

I, personally think that the beta one would suit me the most. I consider myself as a mix of all the category ladies...and I think the beta male would be better able to handle me and my changing moods. He is more adaptable than omega and delta and handle failures pretty well, is emotionally more mature than alpha male and is in touch with his feminine side which would allow him to have truthful communication with ladies....so I would cheer for a BETA😉
all I know is the Lord is Alpha and Omega so everything else is petty.
