It matters to me when people stop listening to one another. Acceptance goes a long way.
If we all just projected from our own experience, people feel alone even more alone, seclude themselves, stop talking and sharing and just eventually fade away as strangers. Which is the point I was making about modern life.
The worst thing is you know the clown brigade will log onto later into this thread, see things that LillyBlossom, Satori and Sniper posted and come up with some plastic speech about "do you know you can be happy if you just learn to respect yourself?"
... When really it strikes me that their self respect is just fine, thanks.
As if we haven't all been through a painful breakup with an ex, or as if we haven't all felt like we hate humanity from time to time.
Do we accept the possibility that our own painful breakup doesn't give us the license to "know" what other people are going through? That it may just be the two separate incidents have nothing to do with one another? And that maybe real help and friendship would be just listening and sharing? Rather than just taking another moment to get free therapy by offering soapbox advice that literally has no consequence or bearing...

Five months ago my relationship hit a terrible valley and I thought we'd never recover. I did not see him the same anymore, hadn't for a while, didn't think I ever would and the relationship certainly didn't feel the same. Just today I told him I didn't want anyone else the way I wanted him. I really meant and believed each feeling. The one from five months ago and the one today.
Honestly love changes. People will let you down, they'll hurt you and/or circumstances will just fuck yall both over and it's no one's fault. Scorpios do whatever they set their mind to though. Leaving or staying, it's all just a mindset. But a love worth entwining and building into your life figures out a way to adjust. I think it's a little naive and unfair to believe your partner or family must always provide in the capacity you need. That doesn't leave a whole lot of room for people to be themselves or be human and make mistakes.
You will have to cope with some things alone in life, trying to avoid that fact will only cause you to delay learning how to go it on your own. Sometimes we need to learn to be strong by ourselves. So you can't always fault others for not being there when you need them or want them to be. Sometimes a struggle is so individual it is impossible for anyone else to comprehend.
None of this is for me to say you have to stay with your boyfriend. Or even tell you specifically what I think you should do I don't really know you lol. Just sharing some lessons, a few hard learned, I have as a fellow Scorp.click to expand
