Why?
I've lived with them so long. Plus, they say each time you go under the knife it takes years off your life.
I have Trip D.s and a butt, blessed with my curves. However I do wish my boobs were a tad smaller, finding tops to fit right is a pain in the ass.

I think I have a small waist. Exercise, lifting weights instead of the knife. They say it's the "poor women's plastic surgery."
I am most aroused by nice hips, which effect can be increased with a thin waist, but I don't really care about waist itself
I don't care about boobs, I like all types of boobs except fake ones or when they're natural but too much.
The ass must be neither huge nor flat.

Flat butt in general = not so attractive .. but hey, some ppl truly can't help it no matter how much they work out that area
