mostly just jokes to help cope with all the damage I've been taking lol....but the first and a variation of the 4th above, were actually recommended by my chiropractor to improve my alignment/posture, which I'm always trying to work on, given that I have a desk job most of the week....so we'll see....honestly, I do find it fascinating that you could even alter your jawline through exercise...I knew that both being lean and boosting testosterone affect your jawline, thus a lot of bodybuilders have the look, but was not aware of the full jawmax potential....
