Actually, it's technically illegal. At least if that person actually kills themselves, because then it's assisted suicide or even a form of manslaughter. I have since re-analyzed it. There's a reason I now only say that I believe they should die as they currently are, because that's closer to the truth anyways.There's a huge difference between commanding, and stating an opinion. I can say "I want you to kill yourself." or "I believe someone like you should be executed." all day long and not get banned.

I honestly couldn't imagine it. I loathed Russia back then, young and brainwashed with Uncle Sam's exceptional propaganda on how 'murica is so exceptional.
How things have changed indeed. Not difficult to admire a foreign leader who you perceive has the interest of his country on his mind if you think your own leaders are just inept, ineffective, locked in party struggles all the time....
All that said, Russia isn't some paradise on Earth either, starting from the food to the climate onwards....
