I think the results are more complex than a normal personality test, making the results actually useful.
I also think the short amount of questions coupled with the straightforward, self evaluation of knowing yourself well enough to accurately answer each question, has the shortcoming of most personality tests.
In my opinion, the best personality tests I've seen, makes it difficult for the test takers to figure out how they're being tested, making the results more accurate.

Lol so in answer to your question, more useful than most and worth talking about I think, but not the best I've seen by far. (Ramble master..)
