I also think the short amount of questions coupled with the straightforward, self evaluation of knowing yourself well enough to accurately answer each question, has the shortcoming of most personality tests.
In my opinion, the best personality tests I've seen, makes it difficult for the test takers to figure out how they're being tested, making the results more accurate.
