So we all want love but everyone is afraid and we are anxious and aggressive towards one another. Students at University are so stressed and scared to make a presentation in front of their costudents and professors, and I have been there myself.

Research shows that there are people who are more afraid to make a presentation in front of an audience than they are afraid of death!

And thats cause a mistake or something you believe can happen and humiliate you during a presentation can symbolically mean the death of your ego!

You know that image we have of ourselves that we hold so dearly.

And the fact that we try to be perfect, flawless, and live according to norms and fashions. To seem we have the best life and feel like crap inside.

Being simply yourself and feeling good about it is rare and people need to pass a certain point in their life to realise and accept how crucial is the need to be authentic and genuine.

We want to meet new people but don't really talk to anyone, cause that doesn't happen nowadays.

What do you think about these things?

it's because of judgement. people usually are afraid of other people in the world because of judgement.

when someone judges you for your choices and your tastes and being different, you are judged harshly..

so people don't open up because of that. No one wants to bother opening up. if you stay in the safe zone, of not opening up you dont get hurt. the more hurt the more you want to retreat.

Yes of course.... But i have notice people who have the courage to be themselves in front of everyone are the ones who are loved and admired the most. Also they don't really care about criticism of others.

As a kid they use to make me do these things and I've learnt to just not care about what others think of me. I think public speaking is just a mental wall that with every presentation you learn just to get over that fear and that you know who you are and who you want to be so fuck everyone else.

I agree. It's all in the mind.

I mean I used to be terrified of public speaking too. Then I study at University and we have to make presentations in front of a 100 people. The first time I had to present something with two other students my goal was to stand in front of the audience and not faint. I did that. I didn't say a word during that presentation but I was there. The next one I made a long presentation for just some people which felt better. I still messed it up but I mean I am making progress. I presented a whole topic on this one. What could I do though? Drop out of University and say that this is not for me cause I am afraid to make a presentation? I didn't choose that. Later I get a teachers degree so there's audience again. I would drop my whole life up to now if I didn't make the decision to deal with my fear of public speaking. I mean personally I believe public speaking can be enjoyable as long as you are yourself. But the thing that I see the most during a presentation is anxiety.... From others and myself too. We are all terrified for an audience that knows all too well that we feel shitty and sympathizes with us.

haha I think it's okay to be a bit anxious and I know not everyone's brains aren't wired the same way. A friend of mine (we attended the same college) was the most outgoing guy I know and everyone got a long with him but even a presentation with just us he would start to stutter and mind you we were in the design and entertainment field at the time and he came from a performing arts college so it totally baffled me why he would suddenly become so anxious.

But I think that might be the defining difference as I've been trained to perform so even a boring speech I'd try and entertain the masses. I'm definitely not an extrovert by any means but I do believe you can include certain things in public presentations that not only resonates with you but your audience and that's the key to making a connection and being a bit more confident.

I'll admit I can tell it's not easy and some people I see never get it quite right and I'm sure I don't either but I feel as long as a part of what I have to say/present gets to at least one person in the audience then it's not too bad.

Why so serious?

Some Capricorn and 12th house placements here, also Saturn in 3rd , I am sorry 😛

Saturn in 3rd could indicates problems with communicating such as speaking in public or speech.

In my chart Saturn is very dominant cause it's my chart ruler and also ruler of most of my planets cause they are all in Capricorn. It's located right in the cusp of my third house in Aries and its Retrograde.

I never had trouble with speech. I have always been good with language and I enjoy writing very well too.

I have difficulty in public speaking cause I feel insecure and also anxiety takes me over and I can't even focus to make a good and professional presentation.

On the other hand I want to work as a teacher or communicate with people in general so I am not planning to accept I am not good and give up. I am working on this and I believe I can get as good as I want to on public speaking, even though I will mostly have to speak to my students in classroom that I am very cool with and maybe parents and other teachers I will work with.

Saturn in 3rd shows problems in the relationship with siblings and that has happened to me cause I was behaving as a parent to my sister and I was strict with her even though shes just 2 years younger than me. I was overprotective and my parents weren't around a lot so I thought that was what she needed for me to do. But she didn't and then she is distant and annoyed by me. I try to fix this and of course I am way more open now.

Saturn in 3rd also shows that someone can put a lot of effort to overcome some issue he has with learning or communication and actually achieve excellence on this field.

I study and read a lot and also I am getting better with communication.

As for the rest of the chart, mercury in 12th is a placement that indicates fear to communicate and express your opinions in front of others, even shyness. Also high imagination blurred with logical thinking. Oversensitivity too.

Your description of Saturn in 3rd is almost the same as Chiron in 3rd.

They have similarities.
