Defamation and Slander cases are nearly impossible to get a civil judgement for. It has a very narrow margin of error that it would be deemed as such, that you would be awarded a judgement.

plus, some people who are softer, and have a severely sensitive soul can (not) take it to the point of taking medication.
they can't detach from the situation and it will make them suffer, even if it's the internet.

i know it. thats why i brought it up. someone else might need it. plus i like to stir the pot. it needs it from time to time. mostly i am hoping this might help someone out. also you have a good point.

good point. here is how i see it. sometimes just talking about something is all a person needs. maybe someone was hurt by someone on dxp and doesnt know what they can do about. maybe someone doesnt know what slander is or what it means. now they do.
