a very solid choice. how do you like it served?
Pretty much anyway I can get it, lol. I usually have a few cups of coffee in the morning, an energy drink around lunchtime, soda with dinner, and drink tea constantly.

A damn mess, lol. I don't think I've ever heard anyone say something like...

I used to be a homeless high school dropout, but then one day I tried Crystal Meth, and it changed my life! I used my newfound energy to get my GED, was inspired to get my MBA in Forensic Accounting where I now work for a Fortune 500 Company, and that all led me to find the love of my life! Thanks Crystal Meth!

It was a lot of fun, but just about all the wrong kinds of fun a person can have. Could be why it's so destructive. Live and Learn though.

Happy to hear you've left it behind you man.

When I did drugs my fav were acid and Ecstacy.
did you enjoy candy flipping?
Yes and no for me.

Always dose first, then eat your ecstasy 1-2 hours later.

Do it reverse and you're just asking for a BAD trip once the ecstasy wears off.

Yep, I always dose first and take the MDMA about mid way through the peak.

NyQuil ... 😛
Hahaha, a solid choice. Back in college, we used to play this stupid game where we all took a regular dose of nyquil. My roomies and I all put 20 bucks into a pile, and the last person to sleep would win the $ 100 pile. We video taped it to confirm winners. It was so stupid but hilarious at the same time.

I've experimented with a few things.

I've tried a few natural hallucinogens. Those were psychobilin mushrooms, and salvia divinorum. Mushrooms are really fun in the right kind of places. The most I've tripped with them was objects moving like waves around me, enhanced colors, and abstract thoughts and visions. Upon closing my eyes i could see patterns I can't even explain, and visions/ meanings with those patterns I can't explain. It makes the body feel heavy and weighted down. Somewhat uncomfortable while also being unable to stand still. The trips are about 5 to 10 hours, and the come down sucks. You lose the ability to sleep, and just feel somewhat feverish. Like cold sweats and the mind unable to turn off.

With salvia divinorum on the other hand the trip lasts 15 minutes at most, and you are blasted into an intense trip. To the point you can't even see your surroundings anymore, and lose the ablilty to stand, walk, or communicate with people around you. The come down is really mellow. Its like you are blasted into a trip that would kill you on acid, and require an insane amount of mushrooms, but then you slowly come back to reality within 15 minutes. Then you are left with a stoning effect like you smoked pot.

For downers I've only really tried marijuana and alcohol. There really isn't a need to explain either of these, since most people will know how they feel.

For pills I've tried pain killers like vicodin, oxycontin, and xanax. Also muscle relaxes and sleeping pills. Sleeping pills can almost fall into the hallucinogens category, because if you take them and chose not to fall asleep its like you are literally dreaming while awake.

As for my favorite I honestly say alcohol simply because its easy to obtain and legal to drink in my house. If marijuana was legal that would be my choice. And if i wanted to something really hard I would chose psychobilin mushrooms

Smoking dmt is similar in that it's an intense, short-lived entranced state. One can technically still stand, walk, etc. I have done so, and probably would also do so on salvia within a few acquainting doses. Once you get used to it, it's actually quite fascinating the turns before and as of yet one can catch glimpses of in changing backdrops...

I've read of chewing (thus, sublingual administration route) being the 'traditional' way salvia was used. Prolongs the effects some, can be less intense overall. I say can be, because with delayed onset + increased duration it's sometimes easy to dose/re-dose more than you'd be comfortable/familiar with if you're used to the 2nd-fastest AR. Fastest, safest route for anything is injection when done properly. Big difference in shooting up a stimulant euphoric and a psychedelic deliriant, though 😄

There's a whole spectrum of natural harmala alks (MAOIs) that can be used to potentiate ANY serotonergic drug. Ayahuasca is one example that uses the vine it is the namesake for, Banisteriopsis Caapi. Locally (in the States I mean) we have passionflowers. Middle East has syrian rue, Africa (egypt in particular) has the lotus.

They all will prolong and flavor in their own way ANY serotonergic psychoactivity. Each with it's own unique synastry, so to say, as a potentiator. Ayahuasca = rainbow; Passiflora = black/white fme.

If you use psychedelics as an intro-spective tool (which I recommend everyone akin to taking them to at least try at times, and those who have no desire to self-reflect to rather not take them) or just simply tend to be introspective, you might be interested in what all passiflora can do. It's a muscle relaxant and MAOI (and unlike pharmaceutical kind that shut down production of enzymes, it's a natural type of anti-depressant that only temporary inhibits the activity of the enzyme, so you develop no dependance or long-term dietary restrictions),

...I really love how my browser spell-checker goes schizo and says I don't know wtf I'm trying to write once I start rambling about drugs. Let's make more red lines... but lol, wtf are psychobilin shrooms?!? 😄 psilocybin, the 4-po-dmt, the stimulative, serotonergic shroom.

Thousands of people have been cured of long-standing debilitating addictions, often times in a single dose, through ibogaine - another very interestingly unique natural hallucinogen/entheogen. It's decidedly interesting because it's similar to classic sertonergics, but has some dissociation potential as well. It's like hybridizing amanita muscaria and psilocybin.

Amanita muscaria are the mostly red, white dotted ones, like Santa and the Pope. It's another of the rare natural dissociatives.

I'm convinced ibogaine, salvia, and venus fly traps are from other worlds, brought here by meteorites. Especially the fly traps, which show a resilience to consumption by surface fires. Ibogaine/Salvia because they aren't derived from a tryptamine or a phenethylamine like nearly all other hallucinogens are, the latter lacks any nitrogen in it's structure, so could theoretically exist in an environment that contains no nitrogen compounds whatsoever and just happens to also be the largest, most complex psychoactive hallucinogen known to man by a long shot.

If you wanna follow the rabbit really far, I think some of these plants are why we have some of our archetypes. And perhaps that, after all, is the source for much of the historic depictions of contacts with aliens/gods from the sky and the lives they led and the things they taught us that frequently, century after century, show up as integral parts of the human experience...

Disordered thoughts? I wish I could blame the drugs, but that would be too much Libra doing too much projecting. Bless your heart if you don't tl;dr this, I could have written 10x more 🙂

Fascinating stuff here. I'll definitely be looking into this post some more when I'm not at work. Haha.
