I'm not happy when I'm not at my fittest. I don't know if it's because I'm Aries, but I feel that there is no excuse for not being in shape. It really is a mental thing for me. I flourish most when I'm confident with my body's fitness level. I HAVE been slacking. ?

I do notice that I have to flex and stretch my back more often than usual. And I feel like they are getting in the way
Listen, a man looked down at my boobs the other day. Men don't usually do that because I don't tend to wear fitted clothes! "My eyes are up here" has never a problem for me! That's how I know it's real!

Eat lots of food (no meat, hardly any diary, lots of spicy, the vegan Chinese scallion pancake wraps at that new place you've recently discovered)
Lift a lot (bench presses, too) and then stop for a long while as your life takes over and stress consumes every fiber of your being
Spend the weekend in bed, binge re-watching your favorite shows, eating snacks

As for chicken nuggets, lol! You may be right. I've already gotten my Sea-Goats blessing (when I told him I'd cover the nipples, he was like "Oh, okay. I thought you'd be showing the whole thing.") He was really chill about it.
I need to just calm down and just do the test before I overthink that possibility thanks to DXPnet.

Pregnancy scare, missed period, boobs much bigger and very firm and tender. I thought they'd explode last week and this week my nipples are insanely sensitive. Even my most comfy and soft bras are barely able to not irritate me.
I'm not sure what's going on but I'm going through the same issue. Stress from school and exams is seriously insane. It's like my body is reacting in the weirdest ways I can't explain.

My breasts are getting bigger! I am putting on weight because the stress of finals arriving. ? I wore one of my sundresses yesterday, and it buttons all the way down the front, the part around my breasts was stretching, and I have never had that problem before. Don't get me started on my ass.
My tummy is also poking out. My Sea-Goat says he loves the changes, even though he understands that I plan to use the summer to reverse it all.
When I got fitted for my bras, the lady was like, "You won't have to change your bra size unless you gain weight or get much older." I secretly scoffed at the "gain weight" bit because I saw myself as disciplined.
The problem with the world is there are too many unhealthy snacks that are vegan, and my fat ass will eat all of them! ?
