Children love me and I love them. We often have lots of fun together. I can relate to them and they can relate to me. They are honest and curious little creatures.
But I never was too crazy about the idea of having my own. I see it as a big responsibility and a lot of work 😏

I must disagree with you on the last statement, Star. My dad was Gemini & I couldn't have wished for a better father. Granted, I think his age when they had me as well as his profession had something to do with his parenting style . Ironically, the complete opposite of how my mother approached it.
I've also observed my aunt who's also a Gem and she always wanted a soccer team size household & is totally a mama bear. She feels cozy to me.
Whatever other issues I might have with them, this is something I have to give them credit for. ;p

- Proud? I don’t like the word. She has many amazing qualities and those outweighs others by much. But proud? What’s proud? It’s her. One and only.

- I don’t have ego to feed. I don’t look at my daughter as my accomplishment. I always guided her. She was allowed to make her choices and mistakes. She is all her. I am just her mother and my job is stand by her no matter what.
How did you respond to her success and failures growing up?
- She was an easy child. Pleasure to be around. Always a good student. Never struggled. I had introduced her to many things like sport and music and art and she chosen what she wanted. When she said no more - she was allowed to quit. I pushed her to try but never to continue if she didn’t like it. Never made a big deal out of ups nor downs. Always told her that ups can fall and downs can be brought up. Tried to raise her not being fixed on being better than she can be to impress anybody.

- She had always been even and I HAD spoiled her but only so she knew not to be hungry and jealous of others ‘haves’.
When time got tough I simply told her that we opening business and life as we know it won’t exist anymore. But she was a HS graduate almost and had her own life so she never demanded anything.
