I liked the flower scene a lot, the wall and other stuff to follow, not so much until it came back to the woman scene with all her temptation and damnation lol
I liked the push/pull of the flower, the fighting part and when she consumed it, it just seemed like they became one and flew off peacefully. She blossomed into a bird.

It's not your Scorpio Venus and it's mostly my personal opinion but if you can't see what is so horrible about this specific scene you would have a lot rouble with me if you'd try to get me into a romantic relationship.
You might think you treat your partner with respect but it doesn't matter if people have such vastly different opinions on what this respectful treatment is or not than. Your belief doesn't fit the others. In that case both can try to understand each other and compromise or they leave each other.
If you think of being devoured/consumed by and in love is something good, you have completly different opinion about what love is then I do.
I don't know if you treat your SOs with respect or not because I can't watch how you treat them but if you would try to replicate that scene I would definetly say you don't respect your SO.

I agree with the you on having a different meaning on love, I can tell by the way we handle breakups. Everyone has their own idea of what love is supposed to be. I've been in love plenty of times, had my heart broken only once and still am unscathed by it, because I actually look forward to finding love again and recognizing the feeling of it. I am fortunate not to dwell on all the what if's and past regrets. Whats meant for me will find it's way to me, I believe destiny is funny like that and I let things happen naturally. I've never been disappointed in any of the choices that I've made and I don't have regrets of who I've let into my life. They were all great in some way, even through the trouble.
I'm not gonna make a long comment on the turning off emotions because I don't even think that's humanly possible. You may be able to detach and have a look from the outside in, but to turn them of completely and then talk about depression? The irony is lost on that, whether its a chemical imbalance or not.

When I read you could be a bit emotional, but you didn't show it much...means your holding back on who you truely are with this guy. You're trying to conform to what he he wants by not being yourself. There is someone, and many more in the future, that will love that side of you. One main feature of depression is the total lack of feelings. First come the pain and then the emptiness. After a long time of that you start to yearn for the pain to come back.
If you think it's good that one partner turn into a treetrunking monster that devours the other partner who more then obviously fighting this that's fine by all means. It just makes no sense in the context of the lyrics, the pictures and the overall story of the film.

You may or may not change with time, especially as the women you associate grow up. I believe you’d do best with someone older then you who doesn’t make you the center of her life. Take it from a cancer who dated an aqua...they play mind games and even if they seem comitted and loyal their true behaviour eventually comes to light. If he decides to unblock you and contact you apologizing then do not reply at all costs no matter how tempting, he will end up going back to his ways and hurting you. Just speaking from experience.

Thats why i wonder as if would b the same case. usually if i really hate that someone n wanna cut off, i just blocked his/her entire sosial media that i know also phone numbers or any access that that person could reach me.
