Watching partners sleep

Understanding Why People Watch Their Partners Sleep

Watching a partner sleep can reflect affection, fascination, or curiosity. It may also reveal feelings of vulnerability or deep connection. Reactions vary from feeling loved to feeling uncomfortable. Astrology suggests that personal planets and houses influence such behaviors and emotions, offering insight into individual responses to observing loved ones.

Pls state your Sun, Moon and Venus and the houses they are in.

Do you do it? If so...for how long? "Nah, it's just creepy" ,"Eh, I just glance at them", "Well if they are asleep before I am, I do look at them for a couple of minutes", "I could gaze at them for hours" ?

What are the thoughts running through your mind? "Nothing, I'm just in the moment of it"? "Damn, sex was good", "Aww they look so peaceful" , "Finally they stopped being annoying", "I wish I could kill them to preserve the moment forever"?

On the other foot, if a partner told you they watch you after you fall asleep, how does that make you feel? "That's creepy", "Unaffected in any way", "Self conscious and/or vulnerable", "I feel loved", "I need to run better background checks on people because this person gives me dat serial killer vibe"?

Thank you.

Yes-Venus Libra. I don't stare no, but ill kind of study, maybe touch his face (to be really annoying) and be thinking damn I love this man! I love to see my guy in that stage of vulnerability just laying there looking like he feels safe MUAHAHAHAH!! Jk, That might have been coz he was a Cap, I liked to see him relaxed and carefree looking ๐Ÿ˜‰ I dont remember if I done it before him. And there still isnt an "after him" yet...

... all of the innocence they once had.

They still have it. Don't let them fool you.

Also your last line reminds me of this stand up chick I saw once. She would say that in her last relationship she'd wake up early in the morning and watch him sleep then consider bashing his head in, going to the kitchen, taking a skillet and coming back in the room. And while she was trying to decide, he'd wake up so she'd go "Pancakes, baby?" lmao.

Aries in 11th

Gemini in 12th

Taurus in 12th

Men whom I dated and was extremely attached to/loved deeply, indeed I have done that. Or men whom I didn't get to have a relationship with, but was also attached deeply.

I'm sorry Dam I don't remember houses BUT

Leo sun, Cancer moon, Virgo Venus.

When I was young and unfamiliar with sleeping with a guy I would stay awake for hours. Watching them sleep and just itching to keep playingeh.

Now that I'm more *ahem* 'seasoned' I'm myself.

Which equals passing out asleep before after during any time anywhere.

No fawks given. Watch meh don't watch meh, I'm out like a light ๐Ÿ˜†

I prefer watching them shower. Or I like lying in bed and watching him do morning routine - dressing, tie/no tie.

Towel/no towel... ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

I like watching people sleep in general.. anyone.

My moon seems to enjoy it :p

Aries sun/venus(10th house)

Scorpio moon(5th house)

I had no problem being watched when I'm asleep until grandma told me I talk gibberish in my sleep sometimes(I mumble something not understandable) O_O ..now, I feel shy, but maybe it is inevitable one day, huh

I might glance and smile, but I would never look longer than 2 seconds, it would make me feel uncomfortable. It would also make me feel uncomfortable if somebody was watching me.

Does it count if you have to constantly remind yourself not to touch their sleeping body in sexual ways because it's too rapey?

Leo Sun 2nd

Scorpio moon 5th

Cancer Venus 1st

Do your own dirty work, Damny!

Yes... they are vulnerable, and you don't even need to be quick about it. It's unlikely they'd be able to react in time anyway.

Cu plฤƒcere.

I haven't been in a relationship for a while but when I really love someone I do. That is another way I knew I had stopped loving in the last relationship I was in. Must be my moon because I picture what our babies would look like sleeping or what they were like as babies/

i look for a few minutes because of them looking so peaceful and adorable. depending on my mood, i may just lie back down or start kissing them. i think guys look so sweet when they're sleeping! however i don't think i'd be capable of staring for hours ?

if a guy told me he was watching me sleep omg...no. i'd be self-conscious because i know i'm a slobbery mess when i'm sleeping. i don't think i'd be that cute sleeping, so i'd be slightly embarrassed but i wouldn't think it's creepy. it's natural to admire who we're attracted to...at least for me it is. so i wouldn't be upset. i'd think it was cute they wanted to watch me...but pity what they had to see ๐Ÿ˜†

I think it's a Cancer placements thing yeah. Or 8th house.

That's why I find @Andalusia and @FkinNerd ...very suspicious.

I think the OP should answer her own question.

And....

1. Are binoculars in use?

2. Is there a restraining order?

3. If the idea is to "preserve the moment forever", does it involve an IV of formaldehyde and the skills of a taxidermist?

ive done it with 2 guys, they both would do that to me too and sometimes it would cause me to wake up.. i could just 'feel" them watching.

Sun Aqua 2nd/3rd house

Venus and Moon Sag 1st

Both i had intense connections with and if i woke up before i would just gaze at them. Then i would catch myself doing this and get up or try to snuggle up closer, just depended on my mood. Fickle Aqua sun!

Only briefly to admire, and out of caring to check to see if they seem comfortable. I don't do it for longer because I see that as intrusive - I don't want them to sense I'm looking and be potentially disrupted with their rest (I've experienced that myself - I'm a light sleeper).

Thoughts are usually just observational - I'm thinking about how they look and how comfortable they seem.

If a partner told me they watched me sleep, I'd probably ask them some questions about it before forming a judgement. I'd prefer not to be stared at while sleeping (glancing is fine) because it can wake me up as mentioned before so I'd let them know, nicely, that it can be a problem for me.

I like to watch but don't like to be watched.

I like to watch them sleep because that's the most vulnerable and peaceful state I see them in. They look very beautiful as well.

On the other hand I don't like to be observed whilist I'm asleep. I find it way too creepy.

I love to watch a loved one sleeping. They look so vulnerable and childlike and I feel it's sweet that I can make them feel comfortable in my presence like this.

Sun - Tau - 12th house

Moon - Aries - 12th house

Venus - Pisces - 12th house.

R U seeing a pattern here? LoL.

I drew a picture of one of my ex's while he was asleep. I guess I can see how that would seem creepy to some. But he looked so sweet & innocent.
