I at times admit I just don't know how to deal with Cancers when they get their mood swings. I just normally stay away and just leave them be.

But what are some ways that someone can deal with a Cancer when they are going through their mood swings? I want to be as helpful and supportive as I can be.

Thank you 🙂
"I want to be as helpful and supportive as I can be."....THIS!

My sister is a libra and it took some years into adulthood but she finally found the trick, she's very in tune to when Im feeling anxious and moody, her support and kindness has been the best medicine for a mood swing! A libras sweetness has always done the trick, love you guys

What works for me is understanding--going through so many moods and mood swings is not as bad as it looks. Yes, we feel deeply, but I'm used to it. Just have faith that we will get through it. Us Cancers pick up in such things, and it means so much more than trying to actively help us. We listen to our intuition more than direct help. Or, at least, I do.

Oh, and give us space. My mom is a Libra, and the hardest thing to do for her is in action--she wants to help through her actions. But, it is her emotional state and faith in my strength that helps me more than any offer of help.

My former coworker turned friend, is a cancer. We talk often via text, she is such fun person. When we worked together I always experienced her in a consistent light. Once she went through a rough breakup and of course that took a toll on her but didn't notice much of mood swings. However, sometimes when we text about different topics, she confuses me on her position, one day she may be positive about it and the next, she is negative. I'm often confused about it at times after reading this post, I wonder if her constant change is mood related.

Just be there...if we say we want space that doesn't necessarily mean disappear...text or call to check to see if we're okay or need to talk. Be understanding that everything in the world effects our moods. Someone can give me the wrong sauce at McDonald's and I be in a mood the rest of the week. Most importantly don't try to fix it so we'll be in a better mood...just let it ride and we'll get over it.
