Contrary to the popular belief that men don't date/prefer older women, I find Cancers, as chauvinistic as they are, do in their younger days (20s to 30s). I know couple Cancer guys who are in their 30s dating a women nearing 40s to late 40s. Granted that some of these women look young, but I thought 30s is when men get serious about finding someone to build a life with? What gives? Oedipus complex perhaps?

What sign are you and would you?
Taurus

Sure even better if she is in her 70s with a huge estate with no heirs

Oedipus complex is weird wouldn't your mom be in her 20s or 30s anyway when you are growing up

So you should be into that age group in theory right

Hahhaha!!! Yes, well spotted. Oedipus complex could be actually responsible for men fixated on women in their 20-30ies. Bring on the older mothers 🙂!

Sure! My girl is two years older.
Not talking about that kind of age difference. Would you date someone 10+ older?

I definitely would have given a considerably older woman a chance when I was in my 30s. Now a woman 10 years older than me would be past menopause, or heading there. I'd have to think about that. I'd like to have at least one kid. My girlfriend has a kid, so if we can't have anymore, that will be fine. Most women in their 40s and beyond aren't interested in raising kids. They're done with all that.

It's not even about women in their 40s being interested in raising kids or not. Their stamina and patience to raise goes down and chances of abnormalities in the child increase. They have no choice. No woman thinking with her head would do that. But the ones thinking with their emotions would pop a child whenever.

That's simply false. Lots of women have healthy children in their 40s now. The instances of complications does go up, but the instances of being a shitty parent who was too young goes down.

My girlfriend had a kid at 41, and she chases him all over.

Being a bad parent has nothing to do with age. YOu can have kids at a young age or old age and be a good mom, but no one should be denying that stamina and patience goes down as we age and that's why our priorities shift. It's called aging.

Of course. The poor woman finally had a kid at 41, she's going to cherish every moment and joy that comes with motherhood. When I see a woman who's had her first child at 40, it's usually a single child and I see them as very devoted parent. Can it be otherwise? Sure, but it's not likely.

You can get all the botox you want, do all the exercise you can, but fact of life is that ageing withers a human being. We start to decay. Putting on tons of make up, getting cosmetic surgeries doesn't change the fact that we are withering. Leave it to the West to sell that delusion to people that just because you look good on the outside, you're just as new on the inside.

There's no delusion. LOL I just had my physical, in fact. My HDL is 60. My LDL is 50. My blood pressure was 110/70 and heart rate was 65. I'm happy. I sleep well. I'm only here because I'm on vacation and bored.

IDK females Like Mariah Carey, Angela Bassett etc have men almost 10 to 15 years younger.
Yeah, but celebs don't count. Their marriages are usually short lived and a joke.

That's true Yeah IDK if males usually marry older females. I have not seen it personally.

Yeah, it goes against natural law. Since I'm seeing a high occurrence in the opposite, it got me curious as to why it's happening.

Yeah I have not done it but also never thought about it. I don't know if it's against natural law.

It wouldn't be against natural law if you're going for a woman in her child bearing years, but it's off if she's barren and you're looking to have a kid.

Speak for yourself, old man or old woman, whichever you are. I am in the best shape of my life. Healthier than I have ever been. Well, I'm getting some pudge on my stomach now because the Taurus is, indeed, a great cook, but other than that...

So, why don't you tell us why you really started this thread. You clearly didn't want to know if other men would date older women.
It's a phenomena that I'm observing lately and because it goes against natural law, I thought I explore it.

"natural law"

LOL

Okay, I get it. We got another DJ. I'm moving along.
That's the guy! I was trying to remember this guy's name who is always going on about natural law. I wanted him to drop by and explain this too. I'd like his take on it too.

Yes, the resident woman beater who masturbates to his posts bullying women.
I don't care about this other stupid beliefs, but I do agree with some of the natural law things he talks about. You'd be a pure hater if you say that everything he says is wrong. He's not always typing out of his ass. Sometimes he's on point.

Maybe when he isn't talking about gender. Everything he says about men, women, sex, and love is based on the fact that he hates his mother and father. His mommy never loved him, his dad was abusive, and as soon as he outgrew his dad, he started abusing him and calling him a "shortcel."

He posted all of this on the forum, so I don't think I'm outting him.

I don't know about everything he says and nor do I pay attention to his bullshit posts, but the posts I have read of his, he was rational and logical about the matter (biology of it all).

I'm sorry I lied/spoke too soon, I know one friend when I was in the military he was in his late 20's and married an woman in her late 30s to 40s. They are still together and have a child. I alway thought woman don't do younger men because they felt the younger the less mature he is.

For the most part, yes. Men, when younger, aren't that mature and their priorities are very different from a woman's. Men aren't looking to be tied down at a younger age. How many guys do you know in their 20s and early 30s (modern day of course) who want to get married and have kids?

Is it against natural law for an younger woman to marry an older male? I don't know it all depends on the individual.
But that's part of natural law because younger woman is looking for financial stability plus women mature faster than men sexually and mentally.

That sounds like the woman is not looking for love but a father figure or sugar daddy, someone to take care of her and pay her bills. I'm not disagreeing or agreeing lol I honesty don't know.

You should know that women subconciously look for financial stability for themselves and their offspring. It's their nature. A woman that is looking to support a man financially is just thirsty for love and desperate to be in a relationship.

He fakes rational and logical, just as he fakes being intelligent. As soon as someone gets him, which is pretty early on every time, he starts attacking women and losing his cool. He has to post faster, so his grammar gets worse and worse, showing that he is actually not educated at all. And then he disappears.

Are you DJ? LOL

When people attack you for your beliefs, it's natural to attack back. That's what he does. He starts to type fast and that's where the grammar starts to slip in my opinion. I know if someone on the net is able to get a reaction from me, I start to type fast. Then, my spelling starts to get affected. LOL. I'm not his representative here to defend him and we should stop discussing him. I'm not that impressed by him. Just some of his views coincide with mine.

You only find young men with religion like Stephen Curry or who have reached financial stability at a young age looking to do that. I know a guy who is 27 and chose to get married, but he's religious and didn't want to commit the sin of pre-marital sex.

it's like this...

"Hey you old lady, why the hell am I doing with you??!! you is OLD!! grandma!!"

*she cries*

"What? I thought you loved me? why did you want to be with me and court me?? just to play games?"

"I just wanted to see what it was like, to be with someone as old as my grandma!!"

*she cries and runs away, horrid to find out cruelly that there are cruel young men playing games with older women's hearts.*

---

"Hey why is J. Lo and Madonna going after baby boys?"

"they want more babies!"

....

see? how cruel that is??

The problem is you can't socially pressure someone to feel attraction. That is why I dont get upset if I see people of varying races or ages date each other, because it's their choice. It is true some cultures and parts of the country will be more open minded or have more people in "non-traditional" relationships, but in things like this "fair" has nothing to do with it.

Yeah my friends and I are not religious at all. I personally don't believe in marriage. If the love is there she needs to trust and believe that this is my family and I ain't leaving but I am not going under a contract for marriage. It's nothing but an agreed debt to the gov't. I really like most of what you said....

starting with "the problem" is....

because in truth, there is no problem. if people love eachother, there shouldn't be a problem when it concerns the heart.

however, you're right. that people of all over will try to control who you love and who you should love.

it happens from even when we're young with our parents and they are already mentioning the types of men their daughters should be with...

or when their dauhgters or son, for example realize they are gay/homosexual, so their parents, could either be open minded, meaning, they love their children to be accepting or will be adamant and hateful because it didn't fit their "niche" or they are trying to keep up appearances.

Nobody is talking about fair or unfair and nor should anyone be getting upset when they see people of varying races and ages date each other. The premise of this post is nothing trumps natural law and the social deviance we see nowadays has got to have a more concrete explanation and something as simple as "you can't socially pressure someone to feel attraction" is not sufficient. The question is not of feeling attraction. You can feel attraction for multiple people at one time. It's about what's driving a person to go against nature.

10 year age difference is so minuscule, it doesn't qualify for the younger guy, older woman discussion imo. Especially if your talking the difference between 30s/40s.

Actually it's going WITH nature.

Women live on average 10 years older than men. Also they reach their sexual peak later in life. So nature is telling you to get with a woman whose older.

im hoping for twins by 41.
Aren't you in your late 30s??

You need to settle asap. Cause you figure 1-1.5 years dating, 6-8months to plan the wedding and then give yourself a least 6 months to get knocked up. Just right there your looking at 3 years minimum for your twins.

No, first knocked up within 6 months, marriage by 42.

It's not about sexual peak, my dear. It's about sexual maturity in terms of when you become fertile.
