I have always preferred a whole plant extract regardless though..
But yes cannabis cbd should help with the inflammation regarding arthritis which will relieve the pain.
IF inflammation is your main issue.

Yes I think with arthritis, it's inflammation that causes the problem, hence the docs offering anti-inflammatories which I won't take

CBD alone is nonpsychoactive and actually combats the negative effects of THC while also boosting it's medicinal benefit. if using CBD alone, you might not see results quite as quickly or noticeable than with THC.

It is legal here, i understand and i found this brand which i can buy from my local health shop

i recommend using it once a day in the morning or evening to start and assess how you feel after a month or so. it takes a bit of time for the endocannabinoid receptors in your body to adjust. if you dont see an increase in your quality of living, try taking the supplement twice a day for another month. it will be a subtle change but you should start to feel less achy, and more energy. adding light yoga can help with sore joints and is a low impact workout. try taking the supplement with fatty foods as well as it should increase absorption.

It's been over a year already since he found out he had brain cancer and according to the stats of survival he should be dead already, If I remember correctly only 3% live over a year. I'm all about it. Good stuff. This is the cleanest tasting brand I have come across. It's from hemp. No thc. When it kicks in, all the tension in your body eases but you're not all baked. You definitely feel something and it's awesome. Good for anxiety too. Ex had bad anxiety without his beta blockers. But with the help of this stuff, he was off them and even off this.
This company is based out of Seattle. Dunno if they could or would ship lol. But CBD is expensive af over there!!!

You put it on the skin? Do you dilute in carrier oil first ? The stuff I have been reading about states it is for ingesting but I was thinking of making some balm to apply to the pain.

So i used all my sample bottle up and received two 10ml bottles today which i got for the price of one.
I am amazed how quickly it works. I massaged in a few drops to the bottom of my feet (the quickest way to get oils into the blood stream) and as LibraMudra said it eases the body without being baked. I am not sure how i ever smoked weed and functioned properly, as this stuff as no THC in it but i still feel spacey (Sun Neptune doesn't help)

I'm with you Star, don't use any prescription meds... CBD oil relieves any aches or pains you have, even from old injuries. I'm a firm believer in the health benefits, but unfortunately the big pharmaceutical companies don't want us to know that. I've found better results from vaping the oil, but since you don't smoke this is a great alternative!

Yes it's very good stuff
The pharm companies have gotten away with murder for too long and helpfully as more people become more aware, they will hopefully start to lose business
