I was trying hard not to laugh as she did it because I didn't want to distract her from whatever she naturally felt like stepping on, lol. :-)

Oh, I didn't know about the pet translators so I looked that up and it's fascinating. lol, yes, I can imagine that the end result might not be what we want to hear.
