@rakac has an inspiring size. I am in the process of a bulking phase but I doubt that my genetics will let me get to the same size..... any tips broham 😄??Conversely though? I don't know if I want to be at the same size either...if it turns out my body type can actually build and hold the additional mass then fine...but I am the type to sneeze too hard and lose 5 lbs 😆.
At the beginning of last month I was at 151lbs (68kgs) down from 156lbs (70kgs) mid June. At mid August I'm heavier than I have been in a long time at 158lbs ( 72kgs) ...and I get the feeling that trend will continue. I have never really felt insecure or outright bad about my slimness though...truthfully? I have a fairly attractive figure (shameless plug) a bit of lean 'skinny' muscle helps 😄.
So though not as bulky...I am fairly toned and relatively strong. The added plumpness would be welcome though. Help to brave the winters 😆
Thanks bro, my advise would be eat 5-6times a day, don't neglect veggies because i've done that and that cost me loads of problems , all vitamins and minerals are in there so yeah, also get some nuts daily, they have healthy fats that include minerals and omega 3 fats they good for y, and it's not about the size really, i was 98kg 1 and a half yrs ago, i loved to be big, but my joints and body didn't feel that good so i wen't down, in reality both guys could weight the same 80kg and look way different because the muscle in one person might be developed way better because he might be training 3years while other guy goes for half a year, genetics doesn't really play huge part in this, i have really bad genetics, but somehow i manage to have a decent results, now i weight around 85 and eat 5 times a day , when i was 98 i was eating 6times and meals were almost 2times bigger 😄 for example now i make breakfast pancakes 4eggs 2bananas, blent that shit and cook pancakes, no need to flour nothin, just these 2 , healthy and good for breakfast, later on i get some nuts and fruits like a snack, latter on i eat some meat with sweet potato or simple potato, rice or pasta, carbs to get that energy going, carbs are energy source, so try all of them and look which one fits you the most because we all have different body tipes and systems, i might get more energy from potato while you from pasta. don't eat carbs before sleep, eat a good amout of protein and carbs after training tho, because after training your glycogen levels deplete so you need carbs to restore it 😉 google it up you'll find some things about that , next advise would be listen to your body, if you feel like you shouldn't train, then you shouldn't your body has it's own inteligence and you shouldn't ignore it, thats when people get injuries and shit, goodluck bro! 🙂 hope this helps atleast a little bit
