I'm petite (just under 5'1 and slender), and for the most part don't mind even though there can be drawbacks at times.

Curious what others think of their height.

I never though I had issues with weight until with ex yet he married heavier like 20lbs over😒
Nothing was ever wrong
It's like I'm only worthy of love until I'm 135 😒

Size six too but American

😒 I hope you won't continue to feel like that.

Lol I'm working on that or trying best I can
Just realized now that a fit Virgo is on my eye.
I just grew up of weight being the focus n family always pointing out at first entry" oh you lost weight oh you gained weight" so ingrained.

πŸ™‚ That's good.

It's bad when families are like that - it can really make people feel insecure from a young age.

5'2, no complaints - but I do wear heels daily, so maybe that's why. πŸ™‚

I often wear heels too, up to 4". That gets me to average height for a woman only, lol, but it helps with getting things off shelves.

I find that the heels help because if I can't reach something, I find they really help to motivate men to help me. πŸ˜„

I'm 5'2 115 lbs. Nobody seems to notice that I'm short because I think tall. πŸ˜„

Right on. πŸ™‚

When I first meet people, I will be quite aware of their height if they're a lot taller than me, but once I get to know them I don't think about it any more. I'm usually only reminded of how small I am in comparison if I see a photograph of myself standing next to them.

Awww! I suppose - you have a hard time reaching the top shelf - without a chair. 😒

But hey, look on the bright side: at least you won't get migraines - from hitting your head against the top shelf - in case you forget to close it. I'm only 1.82 cm and that happens sometimes. ^^ Also, in case you'll loose your keys - you can use the dog entrance to get inside.

Even my tennis shoes have a thicker soul, so i have a little more height lolololol

Same! lol It's good that there are options like that now, much more than in the past, so it can be comfortable to gain some height.

Ugh! I'm such a sucker for girls like you. I'm powerless lol. I'm always whooshing to the rescue with a big 'ol 'S' on my chest to save you from the evils of tall objects and spiders. πŸ˜„

That's until your neck starts to ache...

haha, yes. I have learned to limit looking up when walking or standing with a much taller person to avoid that.

the tallest human i've ever seen in all my life stood 6'9. at first, i was scared to approach the guy because not only he was tall, but very big, intense and scary looking. a taurus of all signs. eventually somehow we became the best of friends. i used to had to look way up to talk to him. dude is a skyscraper compared to me and make me look like a baby. and i'm no lightweight myself.

That's very cool! I've never met a person that tall, I've only seen pictures. The tallest person I've seen was maybe 6'6.

Nah but I really am 6'2 and giant

how tall is your girl?

me 5' 1" on good day.. him 6'6" lolol

That's a fun contrast. Tallest I've dated so far was a bit over 6'4.

lol the looks from others is hysterical....

I have always prefered 6" +

haha, I can imagine! πŸ™‚ I haven't had a preference, and have dated men from 5'4 to just over 6'4, but my 5'2 sister always preferred 6' and over and dated basketball players in high school.

I'm 5'7"-5'8".

The pros are that I can gain a few (20) pounds and no one can really tell because it distributes across a bigger mass πŸ˜† versus short people having no where for it to go.

Cons: dresses man. 😐

On us shorties it goes to our butts. 😐

Not me. Waaaaa!!! Boobs and butt are always proprtionately the same size (or just the same size, lol). But weirdly I can pack on 30 lbs and people are shocked that I weigh what I do. I'm the only one who notices.

@justagirl Me too with becoming Violet Beauregarde if I gained that much! lol

I keep my weight within a narrow range to maintain decent proportion on myself. I'm smallish boned so even a 3 lb gain on me can be noticeable.

@CopperDove-Yeah I am 5'7 3/4 and shrinking by the age..Lol I am tall to most people so I prefer the same height or taller in men but nothing over 6'5. My brothers are 6'7 to 6'5. You can imagine the height difference when standing next to each other and awkwardness.

Oh and yeah happy. My mother told me while I was growing up that she got with my dad because he is shorter than her and she didn't want any future daughter to be mocked at school for being too tall.
