The backstory is that the woman in the video started harassing the guy for having been in DC for the Trump inauguration. It got bad enough that the crew responded.

A few points, since the sound was bad:

1. The "woman" asserts HER rights while not respecting the rights of the fellow who just happened to have a certain political view.

2. The "woman" then goes for the pity angle when she starts to realize that yes, she is going to get kicked off the plane. Not only does she dishonor the death of her mother-in-law, she shamelessly uses that death.

3. Her husband must have been castrated at an early age. Jesus H. Christ.

4. The "woman" continues to berate the kid, even as she is being removed off the plane.

5. The reaction as the police escort the woman off the plane....priceless

An underdeveloped mentality would be to make fun of a person in pain without considering their problems.

If you're implying I'm making fun, you are so far off the mark.

In this case, its something a bit more serious - that woman's mindset is so twisted that it can't co-exist in a civil society. Yes, she expects others to treat her civilly without engaging in such behavior herself. It is symptomatic of the mollycoddling of the last several decades. I posit the tolerance for that behavior is coming to an end.

How does a digital age function without food, power, and infrastructure? Really curious about that. Care to answer?

I never get people who is like this seriously. I was involved in 2 political campaigns that we won and oh boy the shaming that i got... the brutal tongue lashing I gave them, I dont regret it, per se.

People dont realise that if you want change you need to work for it, and not just watching the news, spreading rumors about your opponents on social media and attacking people who support their opponent.

There is nothing wrong with honest disagreement, and agreeing to disagree.

I bolded that word because it has become a rare thing.

I honestly believe that a lot of what is going on is because people in the macro sense have not suffered the consequences of their bad decisions/actions for some time.The dangerous part of this is that things have a way of correcting that imbalance, in a very drastic way.

Trumps campaigns were anything but civil- but that woman is "uncivil" for not supporting Trump in her screaming..?..unlike the other screamers who did.

So many Trump supporters argue that society has become too "politically correct"...but will use political correctness to find flaws in an argument like "feminism", or "immigration".

You need a basic engineering degree to work at most jobs in a power station.

Cooling line 8 has a leak. Do you call in the freshman college graduate or the journeyman welder? Think fast, because a good chunk of the Eastern seaboard could go down in the next several hours if it doesn't get fixed.

Transmission line 6 is down. Its out in the sticks. Do you send out an English major, a Cultural studies major, and a guy with a Bachelor's in Finance to get it up? Or do you send an electrical crew who pull wire, a plow crew, and some "hillbilly" lumberjacks to clear the road? Think fast, because the stock exchange could go down if things aren't up and running by Monday (BTW, stock exchanges don't grow food).

I don't "support" Trump. Put simply, he was the lesser of two evils.

You may not know this, but most of the 200 some people who were arrested at the inaugural are being charged with felony rioting. Not exactly civil behavior.

Further up this thread is a quote about the exercise of one's rights. Those "protesters" and that "lady" on the plane did not respect that quote and at least are finding out that the actions one takes do indeed have consequences.
