Co-Worker brought me her extra cookie..

Is it Acceptable for a Co-Worker to Offer Lunch Leftovers

It depends on workplace boundaries and personal comfort. Offering leftovers can be friendly, but if it feels inappropriate or makes you uncomfortable, it's okay to set boundaries and politely decline. Consider the context and your relationship with the co-worker to determine if the behavior is acceptable.

That’s nice of her to buy you a cookie. Did you want any advice? Was there anything more wanted to know or you’re just wanting to tell us that she brought you a cookie?

My work colleague brought me some home made chicken curry.

That my work colleague brought me some home made chicken curry? Or that your work colleague brought you an extra cookie?🧐

In my opinion it’s appropriate. Unless you have an objection to it?

On second thoughts did you need an in-depth analysis on it? Is your question purely as simple as what was posted? Because I don’t want to be giving you unsolicited advice if you’re just wanting to know from others whether it was appropriate behaviour for another person’s perspective.

Obviously I don't.. I got a cookie.

I think she may want me. Maybe she's just giving mixed signals though?

How long have you known her for? 10 years or 12 years?

For god's sake can't someone just be kind and share their cookie without an innuendo?

Unless it was a pot cookie, then there is a motive...nookie cookie.
