I am sure there are a lot of reasons...
- inexperience
- overly passive or assume its really not their role to be the aggressor, so check out a little

Could it be related to personal trauma? Possibly, but I dont feel I have a right to ask her that. That would be on her to disclose that to me. She doesnt have to be specific about it just say she had an incident related to intimacy and I will get the hint
