Nope
And the reason is because I believe everyone has a different life path where trial and error maybe required more frequently to reach their true potential than others.
A player can change but not a cheater.
People change
He can change when his need for stability goes up and he actually wants a commitment but the problem is that he can easily go back to the player again, since his unhealthy ego is not filled with womens attention anymore and gets low. The player types hardly change for good. The change is only temporary becouse they dont have a healthy ego.

Bottom line...guy (or girl for that matter) needs to want to stop...they need to have a reason want to stop, even if it is them looking within.
There are people in this world who cheat at everything, who are entitled, and don't give a crap about anyone except themselves. They even seem to care for others because they deem it to be in their best interest to do so.
Anyone can change, if they truly want to. Doesn't matter what it is. Some may not want to change. For some, their flaw, is this inability to look within and to care about how their behavior affects others.
Some people draw cheaters to them as well.

No but if they do change is because they lost confidence or got ugly or they got cheated on and it broke them down
