Aquarius Guy and staring?

Hi, Im a Scorpio with rising sign Pisces, and i've become interested in an Aquarius guy with rising sign Gemini. The first time we met there was a spark between us and we stared at each other for about 15 seconds before coming back to reality. Long story short, he kept hiding everytime he saw me and when i dont notice him, he stares at me until i catch him and then he looks away, even when i do notice him and ignore him, he keeps staring until i stare back. i found him on FB and we started chatting. at first he was talkative and then he became distant so i didnt reply until he messages me again. we know eachother for 3 years. 3 months after we lost contact and he got engaged to a girl near our house.( by the way he and i are neighbours.) even though he got engaged he still does the same things. i got my self a leo man and we were good for a good year and then we broke up and the aquarius guy noticed that i had a BF and he started stalking me. he would look outside his curtains hiding, watching me or if not from his house, he would do it at his fiances house. he just keeps staring but never talk to me. we never talked in person. i dont even know what his reasons for doing this and id like to know. is he interested in me or not? there are times when id know what he is thinking and what he is doing and he too knows. there was a time when someone whistled and i whistled back and i didnt notice that it was him until recently, but he knew i was the one who kept replying at his whistles.. sometimes he would mess with our electricity so id have to go out and fix it and i found out cause my step sister caught him doing it. he would stare out his window, car, toilet, anywhere. but now he no longer hides like he used to. once i was in the car waiting for my uncle and my head moved on its own to the direction to where the Aqua guy was and again he was staring at me even though his fiance is right next to him. sometimes he would hide his fiance so that i wouldnt see her with him. today i saw him and he became nervous and rove his car off really fast. sometimes he would make excuses just so he can see what im doing it. like once there was fireworks on the very end of our street, and it was quite obvious where it was, but he went out to his balcony only to look at mine and i caught him doing that and he hid as fast as lighting.i messaged his twin younger brother and he became more worst. he doesnt even go to his fiances house as often as before and they are quite distant now. i dont understand his action. please someone tell me what his behaviour mean.

is this his way on communicating to me? his way of showing interest? or is he just messing about?

(ps: i dreamt about him before he got engaged and in my dream i could smell a foul smell, i told him i was getting engaged and he didnt like it, next day he was engaged)

Yeah, he liked you, you liked him ( you know you do) . No one admitted it. Then you got engaged and so did he. Doesn't change the fact that he still likes you.

Lol no, I dreamt that I got engaged but I didn’t, and the next day after I dreamt about it, he got engaged in real life

I think they just like knowing everything and are curious about human behaviour. If you like him, you might be reading signs that aren't there and if he's already spoken for, best to find yourself a different man because once committed, Aquarius is a very loyal sign.

I agree. They are loyalAF once they have set their eyes on the one they wanna be with. Never experienced an aqua cheating on me.

I don’t agree since he follows me when he has the chance. Especially when he is not around his fiancé. He would go as far as to follow me into the super market, and he won’t even say a word just following.

But, you have to consider that he has a fiance. If you were in his fiance’s shoes, how would you feel? And again, if he wanted you he wouldve made a move to secure his position with you.

Of course I’d feel terrible and upset if I was his fiancé. I didn’t say that I was doing the following, I’m not the one who’s stalking. It’s him. I haven’t talked him, payed attention to him nothing. And yeah I know he is engaged but he is also the first person I have fallen in love with. I’m not asking how to break them up, and I don’t even want to get in between them. What’s going on between the the two of them ain’t my problem. I’m just asking why he is acting like that. So please don’t misunderstand what I was saying in my question. I’m just confused with his behavior

Men are confusing in general. If you think of what hes doing now, it will continue to confuse you. The answer is there already. If he wants you, he wouldve done something to be with you. Regardless of how he is acting now.

Very true. He is Lebanese (Arabic) and their religion don’t accept girlfriends. So if a guy wants to be in relationship with girl, he has to engage her. I’m not Arabic and Arab people prefer to get married to there own kind and Lebanese are quite racist to other ethnicity. Our parents, his and I ( especially my step dad) never accepted us to be together. In the end he got engaged to someone else. I’m happy for him, I really am and do hope for him for a good future

Regardless, if he has put a ring on her finger he has agreed to marry her. They are allowed to refuse the marriage even if it is arranged. I'm Lebanese and arranged means the parents introduced you and you agree to enter into the relationship with the intention to marry the person but you're allowed to say no or break it off. It's to prevent guys from screwing around with your daughter and then dumping her. They are required to make a commitment to show their intentions are honourable. I rejected all the ones that wanted me because I'm stubborn AF and don't want a Lebanese boy. But we are give a choice and he most likely chose to commit to her.
