b) I don't know him personally.
When you get past the looks and stuff, I like stability and consistency.
But for looks, I like them thin and smart. Opinionated is unattractive on both men and women though at one point I thought it was a sign of a strong personality, it was not until later that I realized that it is a sign of a weak character.

I'm not a big fan of curvy girls but the same note I'm not a fan of really skinny ones either. I do like a woman that can stand up for herself I'm not into doormat women they have to be able to talk back and most of all they can't be dumb they have to have a brain in their head.
Hey OP, I understand you want to make yourself more attractive for this Cancer guy in your office. I think your best shot is to improve on what your strengths are rather than try to fit some arbitrary mold. Trust me, that is 1000x more attractive than anything else. My ex was a venus in Virgo and moon in Aries. My personality catered to both these placements and that is why our connection was so strong.

When you get past the looks and stuff, I like stability and consistency.
But for looks, I like them thin and smart. Opinionated is unattractive on both men and women though at one point I thought it was a sign of a strong personality, it was not until later that I realized that it is a sign of a weak character.
