That thread escalated quickly. And in a negative direction obviously. It makes it difficult for other people to come clean when they see someone being attacked for speaking out with their experience. It's a shame, really.

You created a thread that was geared to make people have an emotional response. Then admit that the damage shown wasn't from abuse, but face planting. The admit to drinking while pregnant. All the while you initiated physical contact first.

To defend myself or the claims I made would be done so in vain. I need not validation nor do I desire pity. But the truth remains. You don't know exactly what happened and you jumped on a bag wagon to down someone who was already down.

Did you seriously expect otherwise—
The issue I had is that you presented like a man had hit you. As someone who's been there, I certainly wouldn't be taking a selfie with cleavage showing, looking all fresh except for a few scratches on my face. The last thing on earth you would do is post it anywhere on social media, you don't want anyone to know. You hide it from family and friends under the false hopes that maybe, just maybe you are hiding it from yourself. And you wear long sleeves, and say things like "I fell down the stairs" when people question bruises.
So yeah, I'm questioning your validity as to insinuating that someone even laid a finger on you. You riled up a lot of hopefully old memories, maybe current hurts for women. And if you weren't hit, I think you are despicable for doing that, faking and looking for attention from men in the Man Cave. Why the fuck would you post there otherwise?
And bullshit, a lot of us did "come clean" and share personal experiences, opening old wounds that you think are gone but never go away 100% they are always there. You're the one that stirred up the pot and disappeared like someone dishonest. If you can't see what an insult that is, then you need some serious psychological help.
