She did say that and then said we can work it out and since that she has been messaging me saying random shit like she bought a picnic table for camping etc random shit that is happening in the future like the camping trips it tells me she isn't going anywhere.

I think I have fallen into her hands though when we was on the phone I said I miss her and you haven't asked how I am or anything etc.
She said you know what needs to be done now if I haven't made it clear enough you need to change your insecuritys and stop going on about us etc its been 3 days that's not enough time.
I was nearly ready until you started talking about us.

Honestly it’s super simple. Keep it friendly and shut your mouth about your emotions unless she brings it up. Let her be curious about how you feel instead of the usual emotional blame that you do.

I don't know if you can condition yourself out of the way you talk when you you feel a certain way. But at least try to hold back some emotional responses. Can you tell when you are saying statements like the one above? Do you see anything wrong with it?

Well, if you in fact had a Merc in Scorp I believe you would have been able to respond to your Gem a bit more strategically (for lack of a better word) vs off the cuff with all this emotion. When she pulls away, your first response is to pull harder and stress over what to do to keep her close. A Merc in Scorp would have the same worries, but would simply respond with more silence to think through what to do next. I'm not the best person to ask, hence why I haven't given you any feedback directly. However, if it were me, I wouldn't respond at all unless asked a direct question. I only suggest this because you seem quite adamant that you want to preserve the relationship. I don't like senseless chatter/text and that is all these random text are about with little regard to your feelings or its impact on you---knowing how intensely you feel about things. I mean she is your girlfriend (or ex---sorry). She knows how you respond/react to things.

So just chill out and be nonchalant and take time to gather yourself and emotions while not worrying about why she's calling or texting.

Honestly. I kept my ex in a state of detachment, but it comes easy for me to be loving but detached. I'm not sure why.
I think you should do this for now, (take space and not worry about answering every text or call)just to see how it goes, and then follow Lady Neptune's advice. She said in a few sentences what I was trying to say in paragraphs lol She's also with a Gemini Man. She knows the ropes.
I can admit that I am as intense as you in the beginning until I know things are secure, then I level out. It's like I need to know the person isn't going anywhere for me to chill. So I haven't heard from her for a few hours now and I have left it so we will see what happens I know she wants something off of me tomorrow usually I would jump and say I will drop it off to you but I never I said if you want it it's in my car for you grab it whenever.
So I am moving away from helping so much.
Also I use to spend mon-Fri and most weekends with her I am going to stop that not just for this but for my own sake as I need other focus as well.
