Honestly it’s super simple. Keep it friendly and shut your mouth about your emotions unless she brings it up. Let her be curious about how you feel instead of the usual emotional blame that you do.

I don't know if you can condition yourself out of the way you talk when you you feel a certain way. But at least try to hold back some emotional responses. Can you tell when you are saying statements like the one above? Do you see anything wrong with it?

Well, if you in fact had a Merc in Scorp I believe you would have been able to respond to your Gem a bit more strategically (for lack of a better word) vs off the cuff with all this emotion. Honestly. I kept my ex in a state of detachment, but it comes easy for me to be loving but detached. I'm not sure why.
I think you should do this for now, (take space and not worry about answering every text or call)just to see how it goes, and then follow Lady Neptune's advice. She said in a few sentences what I was trying to say in paragraphs lol She's also with a Gemini Man. She knows the ropes.
I can admit that I am as intense as you in the beginning until I know things are secure, then I level out. It's like I need to know the person isn't going anywhere for me to chill. BUT, I don't show it like you, I worry on the inside, thank god. My pride would never allow me to be needy, but I too could use some balance of actually showing vulnerability more.

So I haven't heard from her for a few hours now and I have left it so we will see what happens I know she wants something off of me tomorrow usually I would jump and say I will drop it off to you but I never I said if you want it it's in my car for you grab it whenever.
So I am moving away from helping so much.
Also I use to spend mon-Fri and most weekends with her I am going to stop that not just for this but for my own sake as I need other focus as well.

I have flicked the switch now trouble is once I filck it, it can take me a dam while to switch it back to giving a fuck about anything.
I'm going to play this out see how it goes I had a phone call off of her and I ignored it so she rang again this was earlier on and I answered it she asked me what I have been up to etc anyway long story short I was cooking food and acting careless and she clocked it and said do you want me to let you go and I said yeah okay speak later bye.
And a few minuets after I had a text from her saying we'll that was a kick in the teeth you didn't even say I love you at the end of the phone call like you usually would . I said oh sorry I didn't realise and since that I haven't heard a word. So I'm leaving it not going to text or shit.
