Found a hairclio by his bed..
Mind ** and hurt before by an ex, not him. Also, now my stuff is all with me. I used to have a drawer at his now today he got me all that stuff. I didn’t want that but since he asked, I got mad and said yeah pack my stuff
My gut feeling tells me you need to grow up
I like awkward situations like this as they’re filled with suspense. Take his word but keep an eye on him.
Although ask yourself first if it’s worth knowing, and by that I mean don’t go seeking the truth if you’re not willing to leave him. It’s not worth ruining your peace of mind and crying over if you’re going to stay anyway.

1) How clean is his house? I mean, is every nook and cranny clean? Even under his bed?
2) How many ex-partners have been in his bedroom before you?
3) Are outdoor footwear worn in his house/flat?
4) Are all his kids boys? [I'm assuming the answer is 'yes' but want to be sure]
5) How long has he been living at his place? Rental or mortgage?
His house is clean. He’s a clean freak, but his kids are messy.
He moved in to this place a year ago and he’s been with me, no other woman there.
No we don’t wear shoes inside.
He has all boys!
And it’s a rental!

That drink is actually me being crazy. Drink hasn’t been touched besides when we drink it together. My stuff at his place is always untouched too. That time I really was crazy lol but this is scary

Play date with girl over for his kids
Cleaning lady
Laundry mat (clip got in with his laundry)
Grams visiting the kids (or another female relative)
I could go on...
But if you really don’t trust him then plant one of those usb cameras in the room.

Have his other habits changed? The only way to catch a cheater is for them to confess, for you to stumble on something, or for him to break his routine pattern in such a way that you can pick up on it.

No changes in his behavior at all.. and what is weird is he sees me twice a week for sleepover and has kids the other days. So he doesn’t have time to cheat.. with 3 kids and their sports, work, sick dad and a gf, he doesn’t even have a day to himself!
And there’s no randomness in his behavior!

Maybe it’s his past that scares me too.. he cheated on his ex wife many times. They were dating since 14 yrs old! So he cheated throughout college while he played pro.. he admitted to her but she still stayed. He told me about all this when we first started talking. So it scares me what if he cheats again and does that to me too

Dating for a year and a few months! 15 yr difference. And nope, even though she has come over and we almost had to call the cops on her for yelling and making a scene, he never talks bad about any exes! He’s a good guy. We are great together and have the most caring relationship. My insecurities are what’s the issue
My thing is, why volunteer for you to take your stuff with you? Can anybody give an explanation for that? If you dont want someone to leave the last thing you do is literally push them out the door with their belongings Id think.
Unless he uses public laundromats (occasionally I found a stray item in my laundry when I did), or had female relatives visiting, he's full of shit.
If it was me, I'd be absolutely furious for him lying to me and taking me for a complete moron. As a result, he'd be out on his ass ASAP.
But I guess you should do what feels right...it's your choice.

I believe nothing from humans. People can’t be trusted. We aren’t stupid enough to believe that kind of illusion of a lie is the truth. His kids put it there? Unlikely. And even they truly did, is it worth the chance of our hearts being once more wronged and manipulated?

So my BF and me were at his place. I was fixing the bed while he was in shower and found a big hair clip by the foot of his bed. He has no daughters and no woman over.. it’s not mine. I got upset.
He wasn’t defensive and said he genuinely doesn’t know how it got there. He says maybe his kids brought it to play while going to bed ( they like to sleep on his bed). I believed him.. but still was upset. I was visibly upset and was crying and he said babe idk what to tell you I understand your situation bc I’d be ballistic too but I’ll tell you one thing that I’m not cheating on you. He has a psycho ex wife, 3 kids who always wanna stay at his and me. He doesn’t really ever have time even for himself so I don’t think he cheats. Plus he does love me a lot! But isn’t that something that would bug you?
During our discussion, I was upset and said idk what to say to you, I need to think. I was picking up my work tote and keys when he asked “ do you want me tog we your stuff from your drawer?” That made me furious. I said yeah and he got me my clothes at his place. He apologized and asked to drop me to my car.
Half an hr later, ( we both had to go to work), he texted me to let him know when I wanna talk and said he loves me. I said ok I will let you know.. today we met at work and acted cordial. What do I do?? Should I believe him? My gut says believe him but kind says don’t be stupid, you’ve been hurt before..
