so just casually was like soooooooooooooooooo you know how you said you want to move out Aug 1st? Well I was wondering if you could move out sooner like July? She was like you mean end of July? (in my head i was like um isn't that same thing to Aug 1st anyways...) I was like no, like beginning of July..I just have a lot going on and running out of space. The living room is looking all filled up, i'm just getting stressed out by it and would like things to be arranged more. She was like oh but the place is not vacant anymore until August 1st plus I haven't bought my car yet so I wouldn't be able to live there and then still work here. I'm planning on buying the car end of July so I can afford to commute to work. I was like oh ok no problem, no pressure. Just wanted to know if it was possible because it would've helped me out. She was like oh well don't worry a month and 2 weeks will fly!

I think it was a ridiculous request to begin with. Most places donāt allow you to move in early so where was she supposed to stay so you can have some āspaceā?
If they do allow you to move in early you pay early, proration. So Iām just confused what she was supposed to do to accommodate you?

To avoid having her stay another month have a friend swing by when sheās there and you can show the room and make it seem like you have another renter lined up for the first. That way her ass has a fire lit underneath and she gets outta there as promised.

Please stop me if I'm overreacting but a bomb is about to go off in this mahfaking house...
So this girl left the fucking toilet unclogged last night just going to bed like in lala land. Then next morning once again just pees and leaves the toilet as is and goes to work. (WTF..cringe...) Then I text her and she's like oh i thought we were going to call the maintenance....like sweetheart, no we don't call the maintenance at the drop of the hat you have to try ot fix it yourself first. Then if the issue continues we call the maintenance. She's playing all dumb so when she comes home I tell her what she needs to do. She tries fixing it I guess but I'm working so I don't follow up. Next thing I know her friend is over and they're all giggling and then leave. So I'm thinking toilet got fixed. I go over and NOPE!!! So just minimal effort to fix it and voila it's fixed.... but i'm just at awe of how she just left it like that thinking it's OK. Like no update...no plan of action. Just don't give a fuck about something you fucked up and can walk away knowing damn well you're not the only one living here.
Plus some other petty shit that was just icing on top...basically shit she texts me paragraphs about with pics that she does herself.
I don't know how much more uncivilized it can get.

So this girl left the treetrunking toilet unclogged last night just going to bed like in lala land. Then next morning once again just pees and leaves the toilet as is and goes to work. (WTF..cringe...) Then I text her and she's like oh i thought we were going to call the maintenance....like sweetheart, no we don't call the maintenance at the drop of the hat you have to try ot fix it yourself first. Then if the issue continues we call the maintenance. She's playing all dumb so when she comes home I tell her what she needs to do. She tries fixing it I guess but I'm working so I don't follow up. Next thing I know her friend is over and they're all giggling and then leave. So I'm thinking toilet got fixed. I go over and NOPE!!! So just minimal effort to fix it and voila it's fixed.... but i'm just at awe of how she just left it like that thinking it's OK. Like no update...no plan of action. Just don't give a treetrunk about something you treetrunked up and can walk away knowing damn well you're not the only one living here.
Plus some other petty butter that was just icing on top...basically butter she texts me paragraphs about with pics that she does herself.
I don't know how much more uncivilized it can get.
