So lets say someone proposed to you, would take the ring to be appraised?

If you proposed to a woman, how would you feel about her apprasing the ring?

State Sun & Venus...and 2nd house activity.

I wouldn't take it to get appraised. It wouldn't matter to me if it was worth $ 20 or $ 20,000, I wouldn't be selling it anyways.

After the wedding, the only reason for an appraisal would be for insurance purposes.

Scorpio Sun

Libra Venus

Yes I would. It's practical for insurance purposes !!! You'd need to know the ring's value in case it's stolen and needs to be replaced. Your SO would thank you for your foresight then.

Tau. Sun. Pisces Venus. Aldebaran Mars in 2nd house.

Yes.

Only so it could be insured and to ensure that it would not give rise to problems or questions when traveling. Since they could and may request a receipt or the likes when required.

Will it be for the sole purpose of knowing how much he spent? No.

The monetary value of it would make little difference to me as compared to its personal, emotional and mental value.

I would have no intention of selling the ring at all but for a piece of mind and to show how much I would care for such an important item in my life, I would do the above.

I would much rather safe guard what is important to us than to forgo it out of silliness because of its perceived connotation.

No. I don't want anything too big or expensive. That shit would either end up caught in my curly ass hair or stolen.

Leo Venus 1st house

Leo Mars and Virgo Mercury, conjunct in the 2nd house.

Id want to know. Even if it is a CZ. Id actually rather an emerald.

But still, im taking it in for appraisal.

A good quality emerald is actually worth more than an identical sized diamond. I like emeralds too. Diamonds seem so cold and bland and basic biatch status...

Well, since I'll be stealing the ring from a cemetery (dead people don't need jewelry anyway...^^) - wouldn't hurt - if she can find out how much is worth.

In todays time I probably wouldn't spend more then 1-2g on a ring. I honestly don't know if that's good, bad, or what thought. People don't act like its that big of a deal anymore, so I'm not spending much on a ring. I don't really care if she gets it appraised, but I'd make it clear that the ring is just a material object while she is a beautiful lively human. Just because the ring only cost 1-2g doesn't mean I value our love or her at that price. The bounds of my feelings and our love is infinite.

No I already know the man well enough to know what being offered to me, generally.

Absolutely right. Im assuming that persons involved have dated and the guy should know the lady's life style and what shes accustomed to, whether it be lavish or frugal, vintage or high end.

Depends on the reason of why one would want to do so.

Virgo Sun

Venus Libra

2nd House Aries and Pallas

But most likely she will be terminated.

1,2,3

Destroyed.

So you would break up with her if she either told you or you found out?

It would be best to just tell me than to let me find out later.

However, breaking up would come over a lapse of time of me now knowing and dealing with the truth that she's a hore. If it wasn't a goddam diamond would she be just as excited? Probably not.

Probably.

Howd we go from appraising a ring to being a who.re?

No. As for insurance, I brought that up to my Scorp directly so that if he was on board with that, he'd have the option of having that taken care of himself (which it turned out he already did beforehand anyway).

Nope. I don't need to "appraise it". The wedding band is just a symbol of his love and vice versa. He buys me the ring and I buy him his. As long as it's visible to all other "women" I want my man to proudly display the ring I bought him as he is my "husband" and I am his "wife". 🤗 cyber hugs!

Love,

Eva
