Dating , the good ,the bad and the ugly

How much time or dates do you need to decide if the person you see is a good match?

For me its usually 3 dates.

His looks matter, attitude and kissing. Also if we both enjoy the conversation.

However i have not ever date anyone for more than 4 months while i usually go on just one date or date for some weeks till i break it off..

I am 22 btw.

How about you?

I used to interner date for the last two years.

But i didnt like it overall and i will be turning back to traditional dating meeting people in my every day life.

You won't know much until 2-3 months when they can't keep up the act anymore and you see how much of a dick they really are. There are always red flags in the beginning but almost nobody listens to them.

But i see them and cant even reach the 1 month of dating 😂

I used to interner date for the last two years.

But i didnt like it overall and i will be turning back to traditional dating meeting people in my every day life.

I know instantly whether or not I want to dive in with a person or not. But I do want to know as much as possible before we become exclusive because my ass in the past would dive into relationship THEN get to know them and then bail because they weren't as compatible as I thought they were. I'm a Pisces Venus, Progressed Aries Venus and I will dive deep and want you to open up a lot and I will too, it is because I see a possible future with you but that don't mean I will rush into labels with you.

I have fucked up too much in the past for that.

Whats important to me is personality, humor (preferably dark), quirkiness, kindness. Their personality makes them psychically attractive to me.

It differs..

I'll usually know if I want more then a friendship after the first date. But if the conversation is wack.. then I probably won't go on a first date unless I'm hungry.. And trust me you don't want me going just because I'm hungry 😬😅

I date for fun and basically string people along for the friendship and stuff to do. Doesn’t have to be food dates. Could be hiking, walking around in a park, anything really. Guys get annoyed with me though. 😅

I will keep around someone that I’m not interested in, while I work on the one I am interested in so I don’t get too wrapped up in him.

But I tell the guys that I’m dating, so they know. And I also won’t flirt with them. It will be super platonic, like I am not a sexual person. That’s the best way for me to find out about someone’s personality. It takes me a long time to hang out with a guy I barely have interest in but if he’s persistent, then he will get a chance.

I tell everyone that. They usually just think I’m lying. Until I don’t put out.

I just went on a date last week with a Taurus that is counting down the dates because he asked me when do I do an overnight trip with a guy. I told him I usually don’t, but if there is interest I will do it after a few months of dating. So 5-6 dates.

So now he wants to hurry and plan the six date so he can sleep with me.

Taurus men are too much. I can’t stand how fast they are to try and sleep with someone.

So I will stall the last date or let him know that we won’t be sleeping together AT ALL

But most likely stall it for as long as I can until he doesn’t call anymore 😅

3 dates to establish crazy or not.

1 - 6 dates to determine chemistry in bed.

3 months to get exclusivity (usually her choice)

6 months to be in a full grade relationship.

Usually go out on a date once a week or every other.

This is practically my time line as well and men think I’m too slow and uninterested. So usually it never gets to 6 lol

I've never done traditional dating.

Ughhh girl I hate it when a man thinks he's entitled to the puzzy just because he took you out on a few dates.

I remember asking a guy why do men think that way.. he pretty much told me that men pay for dates because it's an investment to hopefully one day get the punani 😅

So many rules lol. It’s the vibe. Certain things matter, looks, and attitude.. but generally vibe isn’t there if those aren’t. I guess I have to pay attention to job & salary now cuz it always seems to be a problem if I make more than him .. but truly it’s not important to me unless you expect me to take care of you & that’s a huge NO! I’d like to be a partner not a mommy, I already have kids!!

I may be super friendly on the first date, but that doesn’t mean I’m into you. But if I feel a vibe, you will have no doubt 🙃

Things that matter after first date.. are you relationship material, do you try to tell me what to do, do you want to see me every freaking day.. aka I have my life & you have yours.. I will support you, you need to support me too. If you’re too needy, um nope! it just takes to figure it all out.

3 month rule - yep true colors begin emerging.. some people sooner.

All this said my major relationships were pretty much .. it’s on immediately. I’m a Sag what can I say? Not sex.. but vibe and knowing this was different.

It could be my libra ways but I tend to use the friends before lover role. It takes time to weigh my plenty of options so rushing me dosen't end well for more than a fwb. I look for a well rounded girl who can give me the madonna and the whore aspect. Read or enlighten me on current events, be adventurous to travel on a whim and don't be intimidated by my social circle and possibly they will make the top tier cut for longterm. I only go for top notch though so that has it's limitations.

Dating is rough. At least for an old soul like me. People mostly just want to text and I find it difficult to get to know people via text messages. There’s not a lot out here..

Why not tell them that you are not a fan of texting and you'd like phone calls. Then when they text, reply back when you will be free for a phone call.. That's how I got guys to quit trying to call me, I'd text them and say "Still not a fan of phone calls, what's up?". I am one of the people that caused all the texting instead of phone calls (sorry lol).

I have done this.. the Pisces/Aries moon that I’ve been chatting with lately makes more of an effort to call me rather than text me. This was one of the reasons I stopped seeing the Virgo. He just wanted to text all the damn time even when we were both at home. I told him how I felt but nothing changed.

What that means is he will be a terrible boyfriend.

You have to adapt to each other or you just get an angry woman and a lazy man.

I text because I want to have the mood I am having and have it be none of his business. I want to reply when I want. With a text I don't have to perform or answer anything I don't want to. And I feel too much of what people feel on the phone, I hate it. There is room for so much awkwardness.. Like trying to get off the phone. Bah too much drama for me Lol.

I hate talking on the phone too. I wanna be able to listen to music, or watch tv and eat while texting with someone. Talking on the phone means I have to give it 100% the entire time, and that’s kinda exhausting. There’s very few people I talk to on the phone. I guess if it was someone I was actually in a relationship with, I’d be fine talking on the phone. But I think I’d still rather Skype. Kinda just have Skype up and we both just hang out, doing our thing while being together. Sort of. This is obvi just for LDR.

If we live in the same city, I’d just want to hang out. No need for long phone conversations.
