I have a problem with finding shirts that fit over my shoulders properly and that are long enough for my arms. I'm usually limited to looking like a damn lumberjack.

Rabbit, get a size larger than what you usually would, go to your neighbourhood tailor (this is simple tailoring, you do not need to spend a great deal of money), get it tailored.
Do so in a large batch therefore you could ask for a better deal.
That is the best solution in which I could think of.
Whatever I feel like wearing.
...it usually consists of cherry picking from whatever " style " exist out there. Rarely a fan of the "total" trends going on at any one time.
Basically, if I like it, I wear it. *shrugs*
Just got myself a nifty leather jacket I've been on the hunt for since early fall.
