Actively improving my mind, body and soul, really creates a solid happiness place for me.
creativity and constant flow of ideas and concepts for my brain to feed on.
yoga and eating clean for my body.
soul is mostly mediation, gratitude and exploration
I feel like my happiness is depended on me. I love my kid, and my family, friend, job. but those things create more of an awesome experience for me to thrive in when i'm at my best. because if i'm not at my best all of those things can be stressful and draining. Not always but they can be that.

I would say animal rescue stories. I don't love seeing dogs, cats, or animals in general left alone in the cold with no help. I do love watching people rescue animals in these situations though. A dark side of me sometimes think people take advantage of these situations just for the likes and publicity, but watching a helpless animal fully recover and be healthy/ happy actually makes me feel something inside for once.
What about "I'm Having A Really Bad Day" parking—
What makes me happy is to bring happiness to my friends and family. I have plenty to go around and can be annoyingly jovial most times.

Books - I've been feeling depressed lately and books have helped me retain some of my sanity.
Art - drawing has always made me zone out and get my mind off things. Everytime I'd pick up my sketchbook and draw, I'd be shocked that I've been drawing for 6 hours straight or so. I haven't drawn for a while now, I just haven't felt inspired lately. Hopefully soon.

I realized I’ve felt so stuck lately.. like years. Career was backtracked due to where I live. Being mom makes me happy but as you are not needed so much you need to find what makes you happy besides mom.
Lots of things are fun and enjoyable. Social time, meeting people, friends and dating. But I suppose being Cap dominant that stagnated career is tough. I’m studying my ass off and not dating or talking to guys unless they are friends & am so much happier. Scheduled my first test & somehow it feels so exciting & like the options are endless. It’s a lot of work!!! And I’ve been exhausted too 😂😂 but I feel back to myself, the person I was prior to moving to this place in the middle of nowhere. Interesting how much really is related to options & not being stuck. Oh that might be a Saggie thing too 🙃 and my adult kids are the bestest & the loves of my life seriously! 🙂
Someone asked why I wasn’t just coasting to retirement recently… hmmmmm I don’t think I can do that.. 🤪
