Ok. I don’t have to say what if. It’s happened and more than once. There were times I wouldn’t reply at first, but he’s not going away so I decided this year what I had to do was deal with it. So what I do now is say hi. I let him talk. When he says, I love you, I miss you. I say I know. I might even say I do too, but...
So I ask why he left. He talks more.
It becomes a conversation about how he was feeling, how I see it. At the very least we are working through it. To what end I don’t know. And this is what I needed to do, since i need closure. And neither of us has gotten it by being apart.
Interesting what you are kind of doing here. I ha e about 5 exes...but when you say “ your ex” I think most of us has that ONE that sticks out.
