Cancer man got arrested
What kind of drugs? First offense?
Just a pot bust. Shouldn't even happen in the years to come. Marijuana is quickly becoming legalized all over the US. Don't trip over some pot. Seriously the tamest thing he possibly could be busted for "drug" wise. He's probably a great grower if he's a Cancer. I love how great these men are with plants!

He is a grower and has been doing it for almost 10 years now. I can tell he's good with it though.

Tell that to the person that paid for his bail, he still has to appear in court (if he doesn't there will be a warrant for his arrest + the person that paid the bail bondsman will be liable for the balance owed; probably have his/her wages garnished). Believe you me, I watch Judge Judy.
For OP, sounds as if you're "non nonchalant" about this. Are you a mail order bride? Sponsor? You're obviously not a U.S. citizen and awaiting said "sponsor" Good call on this dude being your "sponsor" the gates are wide open for you to come thru.

We've been into each others for 6 years. Lol. Smh 😅
It is just, if he wants to marry me just like he said, there are documents that we need to provide for a K1 visa. So i can get married and move there and we don't have to be in a long distance shit anymore.
The thing is. He doesn't have any employment documents or bank accounts or such because he works in marijuana industry.
So, to make things easier for the relocation process and since his parents support us to be together, he said that either his mom / dad is possibly to be the one who helps us with the sponsorship documents and such.
I have my own job, and i can work from anywhere i want. I don't really need them to support me financially whatsoever. It's just for the legal process thing.
We have talked about him being the one who moved in to my country, but for some reasons it would be easier and better if it's me to relocate there, job and skill wise.

Will do, thank you! I won't make any big decision (married, relocating) before we meet again in person. It has been a while since our last.
And not before i visit his family there. I plan to go to the US for a short trip, hopefully this year with tourist visa and without any sponsorship. He said he gonna take me to his family.
Plus he needs to meet my family first before we really do it. So yeah it's not gonna be an overnight decision, but he has been wanting it so bad.
Call me a prude but why in the hell would you consider a drug dealer as a potential partner. Is it really that bad out there.

I thought so too myself! And it's devastating to think about really, but he is getting out of the business now. I'd like to just see how things going, i'm not in hurry to marry anybody here. It's him who talked about it.
I'd give him a chance if he proves that he is out of that business soon. But if he is not, no girl. I probably love him much, but i will move on.

As someone who just had a family member get arrested for something way worse than growing pot... and family membets who have been arrested on drug charges....there are a few things you need to consider:
This is a felony in most states, marijuana is still illegal federally. Growing it is worse then a simple possession.
What does this mean? Well, he had bond. Which means he now has a bonds man on his tale. Ever hear of bounty hunters? If he misses a court date or tries to skip out for any reason, he is going to have a bounty hunter after him.
The lengthy legal battle doesnt just happen in the court room. There are other things that happen before and after that need to be done. Fees to be paid. Etc.
If he does get convicted there is jail time. He will loose certain rights he once had now that he is a convicted felon. He will also have it on his permanent record that will effect him getting a job.
These are all things to consider before you up root yourself to move to a different country for him now.
