I noticed this theme too. I’m cancer sun, Aries moon, Aquarius rising. Every Aquarius I’ve come across has hated me and tried to constantly bully me without me doing anything to them. To me Aquariuses can be the most volatile people. They would do anything to be accepted by others is it means sabotaging other people and they never accept they’re wrong doings.

So over the years I've noticed a theme with Aqua's....they love to find out your secrets and use that info to twist it negatively and turn it into ways to either tell on you to a superior to gain favour or create tension between other people and you. This I've experienced with both males and females....it's like they are jealous or secretly don't like you and yet still pretend to like you only to gain your trust to allow them to hurt you
