Now more than ever, we need to keep the immune system strong ... what is everyone taking to help with this?

I’m taking ..

* Two to three grams of Vitamin C with ginger, zinc, blueberry and bilberry (Patrick Holford)

*Two garlic pearls

* 350mg Magnesium

*1000/2000 iu Vitamin D3

*1300mg turmeric

*Every morn and night I massage thieves oil into the soles of my feet and chest

Try to drink lots of water, eat healthily and exercise.

I used to think the same way as you, grew up taking vitamin tablets and tonics often in my childhood till I came across a medical journal from New England Journal of Medicine 2 years ago in 2018 that revealed how the Human Body cells aren't made to absorb vitamins in their raw form just like the calcium deposits from animal sources can become too much for the kidney and get deposited as kidney stones. When the Vitamins enter the body from fruits or vegetables the absorption takes time cuz they're being absored in small doses but it's how the Human Cells are designed to be.

Which vitamin B do you take? I read B12 is good for energy...?

Please tell me Miss which hospitals are using 'large doses of Vitamin C' for their treatment for Covid-19?

Because last I checked, almost every hospital around the world is using doses of 'hydroxychloroquine' which contains:

Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Polyethylene glycol 400, Polysorbate 80, Starch, Titanium Dioxide. NO OR VERY LESS VITAMIN C

Depends where your fruit and veg is grown, if the soil is depleted of its nutrients from mass farming and production and doesn’t have enough time to recover.

Eg. The tomatoes in Naples should be nutrient dense as they are nearby a volcano.

Unfortunately I cant eat Oranges anymore which sucks cause I live in Florida where Oranges are life. They are so good too. I also love Orange Juice. But it's the citrus in the fruits that does me wrong. I will get sores in and around my mouth and it will flare up my colitis if I have to much. I can't even chew citrus gum.

I have low Vit D too so I am suppose to take a Rx every week but I always forget to take it.

I could get Vit B12 shots at work but I don't often enough anymore.

Probably should keep up with it.

- Blend of berries, cranberry juice, lime juice, orange juice and ginger.

- Milk heated with turmeric, cinnamon and honey (every second day or so).


Zinc is also good for fertility as it increases sperm count. What dosage do you take daily?
